Over the past 50 years, the time kids spend playing outside and inside has plummeted. They're missing opportunities to bond, build self-control, be creative, and feel joy.
Free play is a key to happiness and growth.

When reading applications I like to be whacked in the face within the opening couple of paragraphs. That’s what hooks me in in the first place. Then I look at the value each applicant would add to the role, our kids, team and school community, regardless of who they are.
