#TomMoyane’s attempt at appeal will not automatically suspend any decision from another court. Pres C Ramaphosa can continue to appoint a new #Sars Commissioner, because:
1. High Court must allow #Moyane leave to appeal first; &
2. ConCourt must allow direct petition.
