Sounds like a hate crime and a civil rights violation. @HarmeetKDhillon @AGToddBlanche
Why is @UMich silencing this? This woman assaulted me and @teameffujoe , resisted arrest, and threatened to KILL ME. The fact that the police let her out of custody is absolutely insane to begin with. And now the fact @UMich as let her back onto campus. and is silencing people is unfathomable. She is a DANGER to students. She is someone who has been institutionalized and is on multiple SSRIs. If I were a parent at this school, I would IMMEDIATELY remove my child. When I went to the ER yesterday, I was told by the physician that assaults are very common on this campus. This is an absolute disgrace.

Couldn’t bear to watch POTUS interruptus from @seanhannity
President Trump’s interview with Sean Hannity tonight. Short summary of what Trump covered with Hannity: • In two years he has created $25 trillion in new national wealth—something no one else has done. • Drug prices went from the highest in the world to the lowest through most-favored-nation pricing. • The largest tax cut in history (no tax on tips, overtime, or Social Security) is putting about $3,000 more a year in the average family’s pocket. • Hispanic and African-American poverty hit all-time lows; incomes for the bottom 25% are at record highs; median income is up to $87,600. • Energy dominance, strong GDP and manufacturing numbers, and more new plants and factories (Eli Lilly, Merck, Pfizer, auto plants, etc.) being built in the U.S. than ever before—driven by tariffs that are bringing production home from China. • America is leading China in superintelligence. • The country is respected again worldwide. Leaders (including President Xi and the King of Saudi Arabia) say the U.S. was a dead country two years ago and is now the hottest country anywhere. The military is the strongest it has ever been. • On Iran: Midnight Hammer and Epic Fury took out their nuclear program. Their navy, air force, and air defenses are gone. This is not a traditional war—it is a soft war the U.S. can end at any time while negotiating from total strength. The stock market and 401(k)s are higher than before the action started. • Venezuela was secured in less than a day, bringing hundreds of billions into the U.S. and giving America control of more oil than Saudi Arabia, Russia, and the next largest producer combined (over 50% of the world’s oil). • Greenland was acquired—worth trillions. • The media (especially the New York Times) refuses to report any of this and the Democratic Party has radicalized.

I heard it too but now it’s seemed to have stopped.
Is it me or is someone blowing a whistle on the snap all the time?

He saved her life. He pushed her before she got run over.
Let me make this abundantly clear. This is illegal. This is excessive force. This agent deserves to be suspended without pay and criminally charged. If anybody knows his name, please contact me. The woman should also sue him.

Look who showed up to ruin Halloween for kids.

I guess not all fat people are jolly.
I am not even remotely surprised by any of these new allegations. I’ve tried from day 1 to treat my opponent cordially, reached out to have lunch, attempted to shake her hand, etc. She has been nasty in response to any attempt at civility. Truly disgusting behavior.

Historians will mark Cherry’s firing as the beginning of the end of Canada.
"You people who come here, you love our way of life, you love our milk and honey, at least you could pay a couple of bucks for a poppy." 5 years ago, Don Cherry was fired from Hockey Night in Canada for these comments. He was right then, and even moreso today. Even Ron McLean agreed with him at the time as you can see in the video. That is, before he stabbed Don in the back the next day. The woke knee-jerk reaction of letting him go was a big mistake, Don Cherry is a national treasure! His entire Remembrance Day segment was excellent, watch it here:

Peace through superior firepower
A Houston woman allegedly unloads on some guy at an apartment complex, then takes off on foot with the police hot on her heels. When they catch up and start yelling the usual “hands” stuff, she decides the smart play is to yank out a gun and point it at the people with badges, body armor, and very large magazines. Result: officers return the favor with interest, two guns get recovered, and everyone involved ends up in the hospital playing “critical condition” bingo. It’s the classic “I just shot somebody, let’s see how the armed professionals react to a gun in my hand” strategy. Spoiler: they react by filling the air with lead.

Thank you for speaking out but a LOT of people predicted this. They said that once civil unions weren’t enough and marriage meant equality that we were on a slippery slope. No longer wanting to be left alone but requiring quotas and special treatment.
As a gay man, I'll say what a lot of us are thinking. We fought to be left alone. To marry the man we love, keep our jobs, and live a quiet life. We won. Then woke activists took our letters, stapled on a dozen causes we never signed up for, and started calling us bigots for saying sex is real. That isn't our movement anymore.

This made my eyes leak
Mel Gibson paid Robert Downey Jr.'s insurance bond when no insurer would cover him. Eight years later, with Gibson's own career in ruins, Downey asked Hollywood to forgive him. In 2003, Downey was coming off years of drug arrests, and no insurance company would cover him on a film set. Gibson, a producer on The Singing Detective, covered the insurance bond himself so Downey could play the lead. Downey has said Gibson also told him not to give up hope and urged him to find his faith. The only thing Gibson asked in return was that someday Downey help the next guy. In 2006, Gibson was arrested in Malibu, and his own career collapsed. In October 2011, Downey received the American Cinematheque Award and asked Gibson to present it. In the video below, Downey tells the room why he chose him. About that old favor, he says Gibson "didn't imagine the next guy would be him." Then he urged Hollywood to forgive his friend. Gibson later told Esquire it was "a bold and generous and kind gesture." Did Downey owe Gibson that speech, or was it a risk nobody else in Hollywood was willing to take?

I met Mel Gibson over tea 20 years ago. We chatted. This is a good man, as good as any. No one is without sin.
