Good afternoon I'm in First class on the 17.05 from St Pancras to Nottingham but on boarding was told the entire train has been de classified to Standard class and we can reclaim the 1st class portion. Do I claim via the train company or Scotrail who sold me the ticket ? Thanks

Just on the much publicly maligned NHS - spent 12 hours in ED on Thursday and the staff were superb for every minute. Brilliant comms at all times, sensitive and skilled care throughout. When you come in scared, that's all you need. Great stuff, thank you all. That's MY NHS ❤

16,884 days ago, I joined the NHS. Today is the last day. Countless great experiences, some heart-break, many workplaces ( yes I have a favourite...) but in the end the people, always the people, make the NHS what it is - great. Proud to have been here, proud to have contributed.
My contribution to the Jubilee 🇬🇧 all my own work from start to finish. For the record this is not a "whim" - I've been able to cook and bake for well over half a century, this may not be my finest creation but the thought was there 😀
On this day, 45 years ago, I started in the NHS as a shy, (not so) young Student Nurse. 2 nursing, 1 teaching and a full MCIPD qualification later and I'm still here 😀 the NHS has its critics ( often me ) but would I ever want to be anywhere else ? Absolutely not, 💯
#CallTheMidwife Loved it for years, but needs a radical overhaul, after the worst series ever. How do McGann or Parisi ever get parts ? They can't act for toffee, and as for the wooden plank playing "Timothy"..... and the over-exaggerated Caribbean accents - just a mess.

Environment at the main entrance It has been like this for a decade ! The front of the hospital is gloomy and unwelcoming, the doors often dont work, and there is litter. Smokers are not managed and that includes a large number of staff ! careopinion.org.uk/706936 via @careopinion
