@nationaltrust You need to urgently sort out parking payments at Bosherston ( Pembs ) A) There is no card payment facility, B) you advertise loads of phone numbers but there is no signal on ANY network C) you advertise using the "app" - there is NO WiFi or 4/5g !!! Useless

@AmazonHelp Yesterday ur courier ignored instructions and left packet out in heavy rain. In addition, they recorded the delivery as "handed to resident". This is a total LIE as I was 20 miles away at the time !! How can this happen ?

@EMTrains YOU cancelled all direct trains from Nottingham to St P today, YOU knew people would, en masse, go via Grantham rather than take a long bus ride, but you couldn't be bothered to put longer trains on. THIS is my view as I stand for 35 mins to Nottm

@EMTrains YET again on a BH Monday your car-park at Nottingham charges £8.50 when the clearly advertised price for a BH is £5 ?! This has happened the last 4 BH, I tell you every time and nothing happens. How do you continually get away with this illegal over charging?
