AAP MLA Harmeet Singh Pathanmajra, accused of rape, was on the run for nearly seven months before being arrested in Madhya Pradesh. He has now joined the BJP today, rape case is currently at the trial stage, and he is out on bail. I think being accused of rape is the minimum eligibility to join BJP now.
