A well-written case with clear images by Dr. Hunt (@djchunt), Dr. McLendon (@emdocmac) and Dr. Wiggins, showing the importance of recognizing and diagnosing pericardial effusion and cardiac tamponade. buff.ly/3b1uPzP

Well would you like at that?! Looks like advocacy works! When enough people speak out, the people can hold those in power accountable. Great work everyone! #CancelLevel2PE @jbcarmody @drharrislakers @NationalSOMA

Hey @NBOME I just want to be clear. Your decision to continue to push the PE exam is causing many D.O. Students to consider full licensure with step instead. If you want this organization to stay alive, cut your losses at this time

Just my daily reminder to the @NBOME that DO 4th years dont even have places to rotate at and you are still making them fly to testing centers for a largely meaninless exam. This COVID response may ensure anyone with a choice in the future will never choose DO over MD schools.

Wise words from @amalmattu - lets change “social distancing” to “physical distancing” so we do not forget/distance our relationships during this emotionally draining time. We need our friends and families more than ever. #wellness #MedTwitter @ACOEPRSO

This Ebola strain kills approximately 62% of patients infected (confirmed cases). With vaccines, a very small percentage of those exposed were infected. Amazingly, all of them survived. Vaccines are important. Vaccines save lives. arstechnica.com/science/2019…
