From learning to launching 🚀 A nine-month Estonian-led export training programme became the launchpad for a new Ukrainian consultancy with global ambitions. Through the ESTDEV-funded Export Consultants Mastery Programme, five Ukrainian professionals joined forces to establish U-Bridge Global, turning intensive learning, real-world business challenges and international mentoring into practical solutions for companies aiming to expand abroad. Export success starts with a strong product, but it is expert guidance, market intelligence, compliance know-how and strategic networks that help SMEs turn ambition into sustainable international growth.
