This is not just the students – this is a serious academic conference about us with lecturers and researchers. The paper just triggered the idea 😀
Our original works last year were written and became a paper at Oxford University! We have been invited to perform our pieces to - and with - the students next month
Contemporary theatre and climate change - what's the deal?
@TORCHOxford is hosting a symposium with @EarthEnsemble

And it's been an honour to entertain them and all the onlookers and other rebels on supportive roles too. Pictures to come, but for now we are focussing on getting to where we need to be to support. It's all a bit crazy with the ban on the protest now but on we go.... x
The #InternationalRebellion has been very busy for us and as we have been keeping our performances on a spontaneous pop-up basis, we've been quiet here.... But so far, we have been very busy. We greatly admire those locked on, camping, staying on the streets over night - con't -
Bussyyyyyy getting ready for the Rebellion. Projects coming out of our ears! Some old, some new, some musical, some improvised, all to entertain & provoke the streets from October 7th #InternationalRebellion
Our Aviation Conference Performance made its way into Bloomberg!

yup!
In the @Summerhallery courtyard, our presence is being used to encourage recycling. 'Extinction Rebellion are resident artists. They are watching. You don't want to upset them'. 😆
