Everywhere else on the PGA Tour since 2020, it's 14% Brian Gay 121/1 Lucas Herbert 57/1 Seamus Power 26/1 Camilo Villegas 149/1 Rafael Campos 259/1 Adam Schenk 160/1 So how do we decide who to target this week? The blueprint for this year's Bermuda Championship winner is below 👇

Getting back into the swing of things as the NH season gets underway. Just the one bet today, Ashdown Forest as a strong 3 point win bet duly obliges @stratfordraces

3 mistakes punters make when choosing a tipster to follow. Over the years I've been both a punter following tipsters and a tipster myself - often both at the same time. And after 40 years doing one or the other, I've come to this conclusion: The best time to assess a tipster is during a losing run. Most of us do the opposite - join at the crest of a winning run and leave at the bottom of a losing one. The betting version of buying high and selling low. The result? Losing money following tipsters who apparently know what they are doing. Here are three mistakes that cause it. Picking the tipster with the best recent run A six-month purple patch is not a proven method. Unless they are having a lot of bets, it's perfectly possible that's the good results are attributable entirely to luck. Joining at the top of a winning streak, as regression kicks in. This is not bad luck. It is almost mathematically guaranteed. Winning streaks attract subscribers. They join at the top. The streak ends and the new subscribers experience the full weight of the correction. Looking no further than the tipsters currently promoting their service. Survivorship bias is real. You are only hearing noise from the tipsters who've been on a good run. The ones who've been plugging away for 5 years making consistent profits but are on a losing run don't have much to shout about. So here is the better approach for finding a tipster. 1) Dig deep, look beyond the tipsters who are currently promoting their services. 2) Find a tipster on a losing run but who has a long proven record of success. 3) Check the losing run hasn't exceeded what is statistically likely 4) Check there have been no wild staking changes. 5) Check they have recovered successfully from losing periods in the past When you find a tipsters that passes all those checks, you are making an informed decision, not just reacting to hype.
