I love how basically every study shows that students do better with less homework and workers perform better with more vacation days and shorter shifts, yet we do the exact opposite because of outdated, guilt-driven “work is suffering” values and toxic hustle culture.

Life in 2026 is basically: You work all month, you overtime, you get paid, you feel relieved that you finally have some money, you pay rent, you pay the bills, you fill the car up, you do a food shop and then you realise that you're back to being broke a week after payday. You spend the next 3 weeks stressing about money. Repeat until retirement.
