Reuters: Hezbollah has spent the past three months preparing for a possible resumption of hostilities with Israel after receiving fresh funding from Iran.
The group has used the lull in fighting since June to rearm, focusing on acquiring explosives and producing drones capable of striking Israeli positions, according to two Lebanese security sources.

Iran’s IRGC Navy says two oil tankers carrying over 4.5 million barrels of crude struck naval mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
Both vessels reportedly suffered explosions and fires, lost engine power, and were abandoned by their crews.

Russia has begun using a new cruise missile to attack Ukraine, known as the "Filin" cruise missile.
This new ground-launched missile has a maximum speed of up to 800 km/h, a maximum altitude of 6 km, and a flight range of 600-1200 km. It is 3.5 metres in length and has a wingspan of 3 metres.
It's warhead weighs either 50 or 100 kg, and can be equipped with fragmentation-high-explosive, penetrating, and thermobaric warheads.
This was likely that missile that was mixed up with Geran-5 jet-drones on October 16, that I reported as flying at speeds of 700-800 km/h towards western Ukraine.
Some of the Russian Geran-5 jet-drones used to target western Ukraine today were recorded flying at speeds of 700-800 km/h, indicating Russia may have upgraded them or is using a new type of drone-missile.
The Geran-5 previously had a max speed of 600 km/h. An increase to 800 km/h would effectively put it on par with some of Russia's air-launched cruise missiles.
