People hit 30 and give up on life. No, your life is not over because you’re in your 30s or 40s. Life is not over because you were in a wack relationship, have kids, are in debt, , let your body go etc. Hit the reset button. Change your habits, learn a skill, do whatever it takes to turn your life around, but giving up is wack. If you want it bad enough, you can come back from pretty much anything.

I’ve met people who smoke a pack a day, never step foot in church, and swear like sailors but if you call them at 2 a.m., they’ll drop everything to help you, even if it means handing you their last ten dollars.
Then I’ve met people who sit in the front row every Sunday, pray daily, and can quote Scripture with ease, yet the second they get home they’re tearing people down.
“Did you see what she was wearing?” “Did you hear who got divorced?”
They’re more interested in collecting other people’s business than actually helping anyone.
And somehow they still look down on you for not going to church.
Calling yourself a Christian doesn’t cover up a nasty heart.
Being a good person isn’t about what you do in public.
It’s how you treat people when no one’s watching.
It’s whether you show up when someone actually needs you.
It’s whether you can help without needing everyone to know you helped.
It’s whether you can look at someone who lives differently than you and still treat them with basic kindness.
So no, I stopped judging people by appearances a long time ago.
I’d rather sit next to a smoker with a foul mouth and a good heart than a sweet-smelling person who treats others like shit behind their back.

Normalize listening to your body. The body can literally reject someone's energy. You will start to feel very uneasy anytime someone's energy disturbs your spirit. Discomfort is your bodies alarm system. Your body has innate wisdom, and trusting what it tells you is self-care.

One of the ugliest truths about life is, every choice we make kills another version of ourselves. Get married, and you'll eventually miss the freedom you had alone. Stay single, and there will be nights when you wonder what it would've been like to build a life with someone. Have children, and you'll miss parts of the life you never had before them. Don't have children, and you may spend years wondering about the family you never created.
There is no perfect path and there is no decision that leaves you with everything.
The life you didn't choose will always look better from a distance because you never had to pay its price.
Stop searching for a choice you won't regret, it doesn't exist. choose your life, accept what it costs, and live with the consequences.

Use your willpower to create action taking momentum. This is the best way to achieve your daily goals.
Start with something small and easily accomplished. Then progress from there.
Keep doing this and you will hit a flow state where the work becomes easier.
Once your daily goals are done. Go and watch TV, play some games or hang out with friends. You've earned it.
Many people are cosplaying as professionals in different job roles without any real skill or knowledge.
We are truly living in a clown world.

My advice to anyone starting out:
Develop a very strong opinion about yourself.
Know exactly who you are & who you are not.
If you don't, random people will try to tell you who you are, and you might just start believing them.
