Post-workout nutrition DO's:
👉Pair protein + carbs
👉Refuel + rehydrate with fluid and sports drink as needed
👉Aim to consume post-workout meal within 45-min to support optimal recovery + prevent muscle breakdown
👉Supplement with 3-5g of a 3rd party tested creatine monohydrate (you can use creatine on rest days and it is safe to consume at any age)
🗣Share this tip with an athlete or workday warrior trying to make gains!
