Time for the @endeavourlt Endeavour Awards 2026. Time to celebrate the young people and colleagues who make our Trust such a special place. Without a doubt, my favourite night of the year.

A real privilege to join colleagues and children at Woodlea Junior School to celebrate their first official day as part of @endeavourlt The highlight of the morning was, without doubt, hearing the children come together and sing during their assembly. Always an absolute joy! 🎶

Thank you to @SchoolsWeek for creating the space to share our learning from how we tried to support our community to find the light in desperately dark circumstances. It was an important opportunity to reflect on the response of our team. I’m grateful to and proud of them all.
