We’re delighted to announce that Woodlea Junior School in Leyland has officially joined the Endeavour Learning Trust from 1st December, becoming the 10th school in our growing family across Lancashire and the Northwest. 🎉
🧵👇
By joining the trust, the school will benefit from wider expertise, professional development opportunities, and collaboration across a supportive network of schools.
We are proud to welcome Woodlea and look forward to working together to help the school continue to go from strength to strength and ensure all pupils flourish.

Today, we came together across Endeavour Learning Trust to mark Remembrance Day with gratitude and reflection. Each of our schools held its own act of remembrance, giving students and staff the chance to pause, honour those who served, and consider the importance of peace.

Thank you to @SchoolsWeek for creating the space to share our learning from how we tried to support our community to find the light in desperately dark circumstances.
It was an important opportunity to reflect on the response of our team. I’m grateful to and proud of them all.
'I’ve learned that leadership, in those moments, isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about presence. It’s about bringing people together, creating space to listen, and holding steady when others need it most'
