God is using Vivek to specifically punish all the people like this btw
Thought I’d had a bottle of night nurse by the time I finished listening to that. It’s a shame they can’t manipulate a personality for old Rupert like they do with the polls.

Being as generous as possible to Kruger, given the prevailing demographic patterns in Britain until very recently in political terms, “Christian” would have been shorthand for “almost exclusively White with a smattering of Europeans and West Indians” until a decade ago. The nicest possible thing you can say about him is that he’s failed to update his priors.

“You see the most ludicrous things now on a night-out, people leaving the house having not ironed their jeans”
“Oh come on that’s ridiculous you don’t need to iron your jeans for a nigh-”
“- you absolutely DO need to iron your jeans if you’re on a night-out”
The full story of how this ad got made is obvious now.
1. Vivek's team produced the ad.
2. Campaigners refused to greenlight it.
3. Vivek 'leaks' the sympathetic right-wing media.
4. Media publishes it for him.
5. He boosts it to circumvent FEC rules.
This explains everything:
"Who made it?" Vivek and his team.
"Did it run?"It never ran on TV.
"Why does it look like a real ad?" Was meant to be one.
"Where's the FEC disclaimer?" It didn't need one.
"How did it leak?" Deliberately to RW media.
"Why did they do it like this?"
Someone very loudly decried it as being below the belt and a bad look, and Vivek (being the 170 IQ elite human capital that he is) realized he could get the message out, smear his opponent, keep his name off the ad, and (most importantly) save money by simply leaking it to imbeciles like Megyn Kelly.
His problem, like every midwit who thinks they're a genius, was going full bore ahead without ever stopping to think "maybe I'm wrong and this is a bad idea."
30 seconds on Twitter and anyone even slightly critical of Vivek starts searching her early life history, reads public stories about her abusive upbringing, and pulls up the public court records.
Vivek Ramaswamy hired a woman to smear her own daughter. A woman so vile, she slept with a man after knowing he had raped not only her daughter, but his own as well. A woman who probably helped him escape custody after a grand jury indicted him for incestuous rape of a child so he could die of natural causes in her loving arms.
Replying to @megynkelly
@megynkelly exposes the truth about Amy Acton. It’s uncomfortable, but every voter in Ohio should watch every second of this.

Court records corroborate that Amy Acton's stepfather was charged and indicted in 1978 for raping her as a child, after which she and her brother were removed from their mother's custody.

Holy cow indeed
At least it’s more interesting than this week’s “let’s celebrate/criticise our andeh’s latest scheme to save you £15”.
BOMBSHELL:
Ohio Democratic gubernatorial candidate Amy Acton’s own mother urges voters not to vote for her daughter.
“My name is Donna Arthur and I’m Amy Acton’s mother. I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America.
I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent—and it’s not easy for a mother to say this—but Amy has a serious problem.
She is a liar. She lies about her past. She says she grew up living in a tent. None of that is true. She’s lied her entire life.
My daughter needs help, and she can’t help you if she needs help herself. People can change, but first they have to tell the truth, and my daughter still isn’t doing that.
Don’t vote for people who lie. Don’t let her become your governor. If you think she’ll make your life better, you’re fooling yourself. It will only get worse.”
That’s one hell of an October surprise.

Acton’s stepfather abused her from age 9 to 12 and was criminally charged, and the family lived in a tent in winter. Her brother confirms they were removed from their mother’s custody. Acton’s stayed married to the stepfather until he died.

The GOP chose to lose Ohio. I can’t imagine any candidate, except Vivek, having so few scruples that they pay the woman who facilitated her daughter’s continual rape, to be the face of a campaign ad.

Phew
No one is coming to save you. What a terrible judgment on our social contract. Stabbed at work, no ambulance, had to try to drive herself to hospital, crashed and died.

Not even waiting until your wife’s body is cold to log on and try to own Nigel Farage. Say what you want about this bloke but he got that dog in him
Yesterday in Plymouth, whilst Farage was publicly attacking me, I was facing something far greater. Lucy, my partner of seven years and the mother of my three children, had taken her own life.
Lucy had been struggling with her mental health since the summer. She stood by me through every change I made. When we met, after I had served three years in prison, she didn't judge me. She saw who I was trying to become.
Whilst Farage and other Reform MPs had been criticising and condemning me none of them chose to mention that I have spent the last eight years working against the extremism I once embraced.
We had seven wonderful years together. But the press attention was hard on her: the knocks at the door, the comments, the remarks from figures in and around Reform UK, including Raheem Kassam, Nigel Farage and Robert Jenrick. It weighed heavily on her that her life was being shaped by mistakes I made a decade ago.
Lucy was the love of my life and my soulmate. She is irreplaceable. Our boys will grow up knowing how much their mother loved them, and their care now rests with me.
