🧹 A major autumn cleaning on my Hermes agents 8 agents, 641 skills → 134 skills (−79%) Specialized agents now run on 5–26 skills each, down from 41 to 112 previously. Why they had piled up: every update re-seeded the bundled skills into every agent. Fix: opt out of bundled skills + archive anything unused for 90+ days. All restorable. What's your rule for retiring a skill?

If you have $20,000 to spend, build your own humanoid.🤖💰 It's certainly a great product, but I'll pass... for now 🙃
You can build your own humanoid robot.

Diversifying AI suppliers and becoming model-agnostic is the only way! 🎯 Avoiding lock-in with a single provider and moving toward open-source harness 🪽 seems to me to be the best option in this rapidly evolving world.
A future where one company becomes so powerful that it shuts every competitor out of the race. That’s one possible endgame for superintelligence Sam Altman described to OpenAI staff. According to The Information, he outlined three scenarios: - A global AI watchdog, modeled on the International Atomic Energy Agency, that enforces safety standards. - A CERN-style organization where the major AI labs bring their work together under one body. - One company develops self-improving AI, gains overwhelming economic power and uses it to “melt everyone else’s GPUs.” Altman rejected that third outcome: “Obviously I think that one’s terrible.” But he also reportedly told staff that OpenAI cannot afford to fall behind its competitors. As AI becomes more powerful, global coordination is becoming part of the conversation. Yet every company still feels the pressure to win.

Could an anti-riot humanoid robot 🤖🥋 be useful in assisting the French police 🇫🇷👮‍♂️?
When humanoid robot police appear on the streets… This is Fuxi--an anti-riot humanoid robot developed by China’s NORINCO (伏羲-- named after a figure from ancient Chinese mythology, the first of the "Three Sovereigns"). Equipped with a shield in its left hand and a baton in its right, it is designed to suppress violence and maintain public order. Special operations, patrols, security…all through human-robot collaboration.

Thanks @NixFred for the inspiration! I definitely need a system like this to clarify and track my projects. I've noticed that having the "AI superpower" can sometimes distract us from the focus we need to put into our projects. Build this first so we can make faster progress on everything else 🚀
People ask me how I ship omarchy sw so fast. 🧵 The answer is Clarity. Clarity is where all my projects live, from the first idea to running live. Every project gets a map, a status, its questions and decisions, a backlog, testing and its GitHub, in one place. Every AI chat I open reads from it before it starts. Made with Clarity with a buddy of mine, lets call him Daniel, not on X and wont be. Here's Blip, my iMessage app for Linux, going through it.

I got mine! What about you?
Grok Bot now has its own email. Bot can use it to sign up for services, contact businesses for you, or schedule time with someone.

Simple way to use Claude and OpenAI model with your Grok @bot 🤖😁
After @elonmusk tweeted my guide to connecting Claude and ChatGPT to Grok @Bot, people had 5 questions. 1. Do I need an API key? Nah. Just log into Claude or ChatGPT, like you do in VS Code, terminal, etc. 2. Do I need new subscriptions? Nope. Just use the Claude and ChatGPT plans you already pay for. Now you get more for your $ 3. What's the point? Claude writes closer to my taste. And some projects only come out right on certain models. 4. Won't Claude or ChatGPT log me out when Grok logs in? I never got logged out. My Grok @Bot & my Mac both access those subscrptions. 5. How do I set it up? Easy! Just send your Grok Bot this: "Connect to my Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions using Claude Code and Codex." It opens a terminal on its computer, installs both command-line tools, and asks you to log in. That's it.

When the French Left spends time and effort disparaging a serious project... what a sad world!

Simply incredible 🚀👍🏻
Important note regarding Grok @Bot: Going forward, @SpaceX will use the best back end model for any given task, including Claude Opus 5.5, MidJourney, Suno and other leading APIs. Whatever is most likely to give you the best outcome.

It’s my turn to join the motion design trend by Opus 5.5, focusing on something that really appeals to me right now... Microduck! 🦆🤖 But a 4-to-6-month wait? ⏳😩@pollenrobotics, please step on the gas!🚀
