The City of Warsaw has ordered the protestors to leave their positions around the Constitutional Tribunal immediately. The protestors instead are calling for more citizens to show up.
The judge who decided she was in charge by locking out the Chief Justice and the Assistance Chief Justice is demanding the entrances be open. The trouble is, the entrances are blocked by police. It appears to me this justice who locked out the other two is working in coordination with Prime Minister Tusk.
So far the military is staying away from the issue.

The President of the Constitutional Tribunal again had his entrance into the building of the Tribunal he leads blocked by police.
It appears that the police have sided with the Prime Minister although the head of the Polish Police Union protested their deployment. The head of the Polish Police Union then found himself under investigation.
The Constitutional Tribunal is equivalent to our SCOTUS except they only consider constitutional issues. The president and his #2, were blocked after another judge decided she was in charge and she suspended them.

Her father made her apologize to the man who was molesting her.
She was 6 when the family friend started abusing her in his basement, with both families in the house. At 12 she told her parents. They brought him over to talk to her. On her living room couch, he told her, "No one should ever do that, and if they do, you should tell someone." Her parents believed him. It should have been over right there. Instead, every time they fought, her father told her, "You need to apologize to Larry."
Larry was Larry Nassar, the doctor for the U.S. Olympic gymnastics team.
In the video below, Kyle Stephens faces him in court.
"Well, Larry, I'm here not to tell someone, but to tell everyone."
It got worse. At 14, his wife pressured her to babysit their kids. She did it for 7 years, because there were two little girls in that house and she wanted to protect them.
Before college she told her father again. This time he believed her. In 2016 he took his own life. She says the shame of defending Nassar was part of it.
He was first arrested on her charges. At his sentencing, 156 victims spoke.
"Little girls don't stay little forever. They grow into strong women that return to destroy your world."

Heartbreaking news out of Colorado. A Lakewood police officer was murdered and 3 other heroes shot while confronting a suspect boarding a bus.
Praying for the fallen officer's family, the wounded officers, and the injured bystander.

Please help us identify this man who on 10/12, in 2 separate incidents, randomly punched two men (ages 48 & 80) as he walked past them on Broadway. The unprovoked attacks happened so quickly both men were knocked out. Neither realized they’d been assaulted until days after when surveillance footage was reviewed. The 80-year-old man woke up at Vanderbilt after spending 4 days in the ICU with a brain bleed & fractured ribs. No similar incidents have been reported since. Recognize him? Call 615-742-7463.

MISSING IN ALABAMA — HER CAR IS GONE, HER PHONE IS OFF, AND HER DOG WAS LEFT HOME ALONE.
Morgan Barton (55) has been missing since Tuesday, November 3, after attending Doug Jones’ election-night watch party at the Sheraton Hotel in Birmingham.
Police say Morgan was at the hotel around 6:30pm. Her daughter says she last spoke with her mother around 8:47pm that evening.
Since then, nothing.
Her phone is unreachable, her location sharing has been turned off, and her family cannot locate her dark gray Kia.
But there’s another detail that concerns me.
When family members went to Morgan’s home Wednesday, they found her dog there alone, without food.
Her family says Morgan would never disappear without contacting her children, and leaving her dog unattended is completely out of character.
Morgan is 5’4”, approximately 130 pounds, with blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a lavender shirt, dark purple skirt, and purple and blue shoes.
Where did Morgan go after the election party? And where is her car?

The House did its job, passing the SAVE America Act, codifying President Trump’s border security policies, and advance other priorities. But the Senate refused to act and let these bills die.
That failure to deliver is one of the many reasons Republicans lost ground. But we still have two months to deliver for the American people, and make sure Democrats know they won’t have a cakewalk come January.
