Up next in our video series is Kayla Fast at The University of West Alabama. She gives an overview of phage therapy with an emphasis on mycobacterial infections. This important tool can be used as an alternative to antibiotic treatment. Check out youtu.be/_5QA6KuFbvE for more!

Out in the field! We are very excited to be collecting samples, refining our collection protocols, & generating data! It’s the first trip for the students/tech on this project. In this brief preview, Dr. Heather Jordan shows us how to use a portable (& DIY) field centrifuge.

Dr. Christine Chevillon presents on the life of mycobacteria as seen by microevolutionnists. Also, student perspectives on the project are coming soon! Hope you enjoy. youtu.be/MIQGhradAcg
If you’re interested in how COVID-19 has impacted field work, especially in an international setting, please check out our new video in our project series by Dr. Jen Pechal. youtu.be/njLbvZQJN6U
Happy to release the newest video in our project series by Dr. Jean-François Guégan. He talks abut a disease modeling and synthesis approach for the ecology and evolution of mycobacterium disease transmission. youtu.be/CL3Hr4wXD7M
