Yes! The language of the standards should guide selection of routines. So proud of how intentional EAATS’ module work is!
I love @ProjectZeroHGSE! A thinking routine should be intentional when directing Ss/Ts to think about something related to a standard/topic. In the AA dept. these are embedded in small group modules to support explicitly teaching thinking. A visual is used to explicitly model.
