We’ve brought 100% of the components for our drones in-house — from mechanics and electronics to communications and software. That gives us more control over production, reduces reliance on external suppliers, and lets us adapt systems faster when requirements change.

Keeping engineering, testing, and production close together also shortens the path from feedback to the next version. For us, in-house means fewer dependencies, faster iteration, and more of the critical technology being developed and produced in Ukraine.

Working at the inaugural Board meeting of the EU–Ukraine Drone Alliance. It is a great honour for F-Drones to have been invited by the European Commission to become a founding member of the Alliance. More than 400 companies applied, with just 18 selected.

We held our first remote drone racing competition. Together with the Ukrainian Federation of Technological Sports, we ran classic offline racing and a remote Time Attack.

RetryWin took first place offline flying our F7. Then the top 11 pilots raced remotely, with the winner finishing in 40 seconds on the first attempt. The youngest pilot was 12. A new format, new skills, and a new generation getting hands-on with drone technology. Now we scale.

Our new F5 is a compact five-inch strike FPV built for frontline and assault operations. Deploy fast, strike fast. Carries up to 1 kg, reaches around 6 km on fiber optic and up to 13 km on radio. Several fit in one backpack, while a UGV can deliver nine at once.

F5 comes with our codified Opera initiation board and is tested and codified by Ukraine’s Ministry od Defense. We found the right balance of size, range and payload. Hopefully, the enemy will appreciate it too.
