The affordability crisis is an accountability crisis. Our legislators are working for their leaders’ top donors. Not their own constituents. End #Gerrymandering End #CitizensUnited @FIxHarrisburg Vote for candidates who act like voters matter.
Voters across the political spectrum are demanding change. TO TACKLE THE AFFORDABILITY CRISIS, WE NEED TO TACKLE THE ACCOUNTABILITY CRISIS: For a start, end partisan gerrymandering & protect the freedom to vote so that politicians must answer to voters. aclu.org/news/voting-rights/…

JBS, the Brazilian meatpacking giant, has a long track record of corruption. "This is a company that has bribed three presidents of Brazil." Rancher Mike Callicrate says JBS is now benefiting from a flood of imported beef, while American ranchers take the hit. Cattle prices are falling, yet ground beef at the grocery store is still expensive. The meatpackers win twice: they pay ranchers less and charge families more. "Cattle feeders are going out of business, and the calves and feeder cattle that ranchers produce are... cheaper, they're going out of business, too." As Mike puts it, "We've really got a broken system." @MikeCallicrate

If you're wondering where Jeffrey Yass is on this, he & his wife are dead center, right on the shoulder of Elon Musk, # 3rd nationally. Yass is pouring multi-millions into @SenateGOP in hopes of continuing PA government of, by & for the billionaires. buckscountybeacon.com/2026/1…

🎃 Arnold Schwarzenegger called gerrymandering "the evil of all evils." It fuels the partisan divide and allows politicians to choose their voters. 🎃 Do your candidates agree, or are they quietly hoping for another chance to gerrymander PA maps? 🎃 Check fairdistrictspa.com/.../know…

Rural PA: if you’re voting by mail put it in the mail. USPS is delaying postmarks & delivery. No one is watching out for rural voters. It’s almost like they think we don’t count. Prove them wrong.
USPS has instituted new policies of delaying postmarking of mail ballot and delivery. ProPublica shows this has led more people's votes to be tossed, *&* that this is affecting disproportionately rural (red) counties with worse service to begin with. propublica.org/article/mail-…

Q: Amy Acton's stepfather was indicted for rape. Now that you know all that, sir, do you change your mind about the ad? Trump: No. I don't care

“Imagine if we had spent all of the time & energy & resources that have been spent on this redistricting war & instead focused on something like making life more affordable for Americans.” Note to legislators, governors & all who want to rig our maps: voters don't like cheaters.

NEW: How do you get money out of politics without overturning Citizens United? Montana has a solution. The I-194 ballot initiative would stop artificial persons, including corporations, from contributing to campaigns and political parties. It could change America as we know it.

In case anyone wonders why this matters: 1 PA caucus is owned almost entirely by 1 PA billionaire. If you're tired of government by the wealthiest for the wealthiest, read up & watch the flow of money in PA. Reform isn't possible when they own it all. alleyesonyass.com/
