Forget #centralized #exchanges, prefer #decentralized #finance. Use @THORChain; use @vultisig and other partners. Forget the banking lobby, kick them all out, for a fairer world. Don't repeat our mistakes, do better, and listen to your elders! =) $RUNE $RUJI $VULT +++
If you could give a 2 hour talk to the world, as a last message before your death, what would it be? How would you distill the wisdom, understanding, realizations from your life, for others to benefit from? How much do we carry hidden that we have not found a way to give to all

Can @solana validators stop this. Where is outrage? Ohh Forgot, its not Thorchain.
The Binance hacker is swapping the stolen 970,522 $SOL ($95.9M) for $BTC. In the past hour, the hacker moved 486,970 $SOL ($46.4M) and is now swapping $SOL for $BTC through @RelayProtocol. arkm.com/explorer/address/Af…

How long does it take to get a 2/3 vote - 74/111 Thorchain nodes? Days, weeks, sometimes months Sophisticated hackers move wallets in seconds. Nobody keeps up in real time, not even the FBI Censorship is only truly feasible at fiat offramps
The FBI is releasing information advising the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) was responsible for the theft of more than $6 billion USD in virtual assets from cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, on or about October 29, 2026. The FBI refers to this specific North Korean malicious cyber activity as "TraderTraitor." The FBI, together with partners at the USSS and IRS-CI, has observed TraderTraitor actors converting stolen assets primarily into Ethereum (ETH). It is expected these assets will then be further laundered by converting them using DeFi and instant swap services as they prepare them for further laundering stages. How You Can Help: FBI, USSS, and IRS-CI are urging private sector entities including THORNode operators, RPC node operators, instant exchanges, DeFi services, blockchain analytics firms, and other virtual asset service providers to block transactions with or derived from addresses TraderTraitor actors are using to launder these stolen assets. A list of addresses associated with this activity is available here: fbi.gov/investigate/cyber/al…

On October 21, someone swapped 32 $BTC for $2.65M of USDT on TRON, through @TrustWallet, powered by @SwapKitPowered. The USDT pool on THORChain held $248K. In one shot, that trade would have emptied the pool. The math gives about $25K out for $2.65M in. THORChain streamed it instead: 10,708 sub-swaps over 10 hours and 53 minutes, each one paying the minimum slip. Between sub-swaps, arbitrageurs refilled the pool. It never held more than $251K of USDT, and its price held at $1.00 from the first sub-swap to the last. THORChain's fee on the whole trade: 0.25%. Trust Wallet's interface fee: 0.70%. A deeper pool would have made it faster. It wouldn't have made it cheaper. thorchain.net/tx/15922D8D34E…

Staking on an exchange means sending your coins away and trusting them back. In Vultisig, staking happens inside your vault. Coins stay in custody while they earn. Check out the DeFi tab, pick an asset like $RUJI, Stake, done.

I am so glad to hear that no user will lose funds But this is a sober reminder that if you don't hold the keys, you don't hold the coins You can trade into and out of your own wallets safely and securely via @THORChain permissionlessly with no KYC
We are working non-stop to resolve this issue. Binance will cover all losses. As a precaution, all deposits and withdrawals are temporarily suspended while our team conducts security checks, freezes funds, and works with law enforcement. We are working around the clock and will share a full post-mortem once the investigation is complete. Please rely only on official Binance channels for updates. This is an industry-wide effort, and we are grateful to partners across the ecosystem who have moved quickly to help freeze affected assets. We will continue to share verified updates through official Binance channels. User funds are safe.

I see how some people can watch flashy robot demos on the timeline and think with a shiver that the robot apocalypse is around the corner, but reality check: There is no robot in the world that can change the batteries in a jack-o-lantern. If you have a robot friendly door handle it might be able to walk outside, pick it up, and carry it back inside. The robot could open the drawer with your batteries in it, but then things get tough. Opening the package of AA batteries? Extracting a precision screwdriver from its case? Unscrewing four tiny screws that require a hard press and twist? Popping batteries out of the case? Yes, you could build and train a specialist robot to do that today, but there is a very long way to go to replace the full range of human capabilities. Near term doomer scenarios should stop at “secretly controlling humanity” instead of “wiping humanity out” 😀

Correct ?
