I didn’t know what that meant. I didn’t think it meant much. Then I started hearing that it means you can’t play in the next game, at least in the next game.
I said, “Boy, that’s a big—” You know, if it happened to another player, it would have been unfair, but when they take your best player—or just about; they have some great players—and say you can’t play, that’s very unfair.
That’s one thing, to penalize somebody for the game. But how do you penalize them for a game that hasn’t been played yet? It’s very unfair. You can’t do that.
So, yes, I asked for a review by FIFA. I spoke to a man who is highly respected, and by the way, whose level of respect has gone up tenfold.

If Chelsea are a serious club they are holding a press conference on 90 minutes, telling us that they have completely failed with the project and changing it, telling us they are sacking the SDs with immediate effect, and telling us they are sacking Liam Rosenior. Simple.
At what point are the SD's responsible for what is going on right now?
They've assembled a squad that's not good enough, they were the ones that sacked Maresca and they are the ones who decided Rosenior is the next best, yet they do not seem to be held to account FOR ANYTHING.
By the way, how does a manager sprinting 60 yards down the touchline, to celebrate a 90+5 winner from an 18-year old with players and fans, constitute a red card. If anything tells you the game's gone mad, it's that.
