My last birthday of my thirties and this has gone much better than expected. 17.5 stone lost and maintaining at that level. Can’t lose anymore, I’m all skin, ribs and dick. Still not had a game of football, it’s going to be over 40’s at this rate

Decided I’m going to get fit before I’m 40, got a hell of a long way to go to do it but a couple of year to get there. Goal is to lose 40% of my body weight and then play a game of football for the last time.
