Pierre Poilievre to CBC: "They've already had 11 years… Everything is worse… We are in a food price emergency… the money is run out and the time is up."

Mark Carney stormed out of the House of Commons today so he wouldn’t have to answer any more questions about Telesat. Is this an admission of guilt?

Premier Danielle Smith: "We started by balancing the budget, six consecutive budget surpluses. We paid down $15 billion worth of NDP debt. We doubled the size of the heritage savings trust fund. We've created 305,000 jobs since October 2022."

For those who never got to experience @nenshi up close, the more pissy he gets, the more guilty he is. He starts by saying, he doesn’t remember the specifics of this report & he looked at millions of reports, then he gives specifics about the report when he says it was about cost ratios so apparently he does remember. This is all classic Nenshi, he did this every single time he was caught lying as Mayor.
Former Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi gets pissy when asked if he's responsible for the city's water main failures, a new report finds. "I have been completely exonerated."

BREAKING: Nenshi’s office ignored dire warnings that caused Calgary water chaos. When water main issues were put on Nenshi's desk, he shrugged, and deliberately withheld information from city council. The NDP leader should resign. junonews.com/p/nenshi-office… @junonewscom

Funny how it is always "Elon's $500 million" and never "Bill Gates's $500 million" or "George Soros's $500 million" or "J.B. Pritzker's $500 million"
Imagine if Elon's $500 million had been spent on education or healthcare. Or the arts. Anything.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre: "We actually don't know where Mark Carney stands on any of this. A week ago he said he can wait two and a half years to get a deal. Well, of course he can wait. He's got 91% of his investments in the US. He profits off of all of that."

Wow, Watch Joly floundering while she tries to protect Carney from any sort of ethics screen regarding Telesat. Her over the top reaction tells me that there needs to be an investigation into Carney and Dan Goldberg yesterday.

Been watching rooms all week for potential Vegas trip next week- today rooms opened up at Cosmo, The Reserve, and Bellagio that weren’t available the last few days. Room block lifted I guess. Cosmo it is!

So now that the mid-terms are over, who will Carney blame next week when Stats Canada releases job loss numbers for October?

Poilievre remains the absolute best prosecutor of domestic issues in caucus. He still has 90%+ of party members behind him and a growing base of young Canadians shut out of the housing market. I'll add Poilievre is the reason Trudeau and Jagmeet resigned.

🤣 #Midterms2026

Oh man I’m laughing so hard at all the Oilers rage in my previous post. I love it. Was just trying to stir the pot a bit. - my best friend is a huge oilers fan. I live this life every day 😂 Long live sports.

No team has been spoon fed the opportunity to create a dynasty like the Edmonton Oilers. Their inability to convert into a single championship is record level bed shitting.

Watch for this trick in this week's Canadian budget. Ottawa will brag about “low net debt.” They started doing this when CArney got elected. What they won’t tell you is that the only reason that number looks good is because they’re subtracting roughly a trillion dollars in CPP and QPP assets. Those funds are not government money. They’re held in trust for workers and retirees. The feds can’t spend them, borrow against them, or use them to cover their own deficits. Subtracting them is not standard accounting. In fact, most other countries don’t do this because the money is earmarked and legally unavailable for general government spending. This is how they plan to conceal the real borrowing binge. Gross debt keeps rising, debt-service costs are exploding, and they’re using our pension savings as an accounting offset to pretend there’s still fiscal room. Don’t fall for the “net” number. It's a deliberate sleight of hand. 1/
