When you look to America, that is English culture. When you look to Australia, that is English culture. When you look to places on this planet that refuse rape, reject slavery, and will not tolerate rampant murder or corruption — that is the English identity. It is a global identity, yet not one imposed by force alone. It is global because it exports its excellence to its colonies and nations, carrying with it the habits of order, discipline and strength. There is a reason America reached the moon. There is a reason Australia is stable and successful. There is a reason Canada has thrived despite harsh terrain and harsh winters — an alien environment compared with anything the British had known in the old world. This is not accident. This is design — the design of the English and British minds.
