Bound to be difficulties setting up a national scheme like this, & criticism already coming in, BUT the principle is to be applauded. Help people set a sustainable exercise challenge, then each individual enjoys the health benefits & the #NHS saves money. #FindTimeForExercise

'Waiting for the right time' is just procrastination. This tweet from @Paddy_Barrett hits the nail on the head.
I used to seriously dislike exercising. I always thought that when I felt good enough I would do more. But it was when I did more, I felt good. The action precedes the feeling. It’s the DOING not the ‘waiting for the right time’ that is the solution.

After 3-5 minutes of walking, your blood pressure begins to drop, and your heart starts pumping faster. After 10-15 minutes, your body releases feel-good chemicals like endorphins and serotonin while dropping cortisol. At 30 minutes, your muscles are warm, joints are lubricated, and you're burning calories. One of the best you could do for your body is taking a 30-minute walk outside.
