ELANTRA CARJACKED FROM HILL EAST--- 16th St and East Capitol St SE DC. Taken at gunpoint was a blue 2018 Hyundai Elantra. It had paper tags in the window (and was previously stolen?!). Additional suspects followed in red, blue and black autos. @theHillisHome #HillEastDC
