This is great! Before schools are reopened, will @dcpublicschools share the analysis done at each school and info on repairs made at each individual school? What is the standard for air change that DCPS will ensure is met in every classroom?

DCPS is making a $24M investment to increase air change rates and filtration provided by HVAC systems to reduce airborne concentrations of COVID-19 and transmission risks in our schools. This includes 3,000 mobile medical grade HEPA filters for classrooms. dcpsreopenstrong.com/wp-cont…

@MayorBowser @DCPSChancellor Failure to engage with the @WTUTeacher was negligent. To disregard the voices, concerns, lives of the very people you rely upon to make schools work shows a lack of respect and a lack of humanity. It’s immoral to go back. I will #OnlyWhenItsSafe

@DCPSChancellor Am I correct in understanding that as a departmentalized grade my responsibility would be to teach “cohort A” & “cohort B” for not only my “homeroom”, but the other homeroom in my grade level? Which would be approximately 40 students? #OnlyWhenItsSafe
