So, yesterday I filed a lawsuit against Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, over his executive order that strips from local school districts the authority to make reasonable rules protecting the health and safety of our kids. It’s a little more nuanced but that’s the gist

José Javier Rodríguez lost his Florida Senate seat by just 32 votes in 2020 after a GOP-linked scheme used a paid candidate with his last name to confuse voters. A former Republican senator went to jail for this.
Jose is a Harvard-educated attorney and former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Labor, he’s now running for Florida Attorney General to fight crime and corruption.
Florida voters deserve to know the truth.

Moody voted for Trump's Big Ugly Bill, slashing Medicaid, and voted against stopping Trump's war.
Ashley, you and your Republican colleagues are a big reason Floridians are struggling to make ends meet.
And in two weeks, we're going to vote you out.

Aside from the shocking substance of this story, what's amazing is how it was unearthed by Cole. The short version: The Russians were able to penetrate Jared Kushner's iPhone and extract screenshots and data. Then, a Russian intel official was captured by Dutch intelligence (!) and flipped. The Dutch believed Kushner may have been acting on behalf of Russia, so pursued him as an intel target and were able to get into his phone.
They did not find any evidence of Russian collusion, instead they watched him moving hundreds of millions of dollars from slush funds created by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, one of them housed in Israel's central bank.
Incredible reporting, and if Democrats have any sense, they will pull on these threads and learn a lot more about this money.
Explosive story many years in the making, now out in Vanity Fair by Matthew Cole (who will be on Breaking Points next week, and publishing soon in @DropSiteNews):
Saudi Arabia and the UAE set up multi-billion slush funds for Jared Kushner to use.
Iran-Contra 2 here (except with Iran-Contra, at least the US got some hostages released. Not clear what we got out of this one.)

A grand jury found that the James Uthmeier-led DeSantis administration misappropriated $10 million of Medicaid money in 2024 as part of a sophisticated scheme to fund political activities.
You know how I know that?
Because the First District Court of Appeal disclosed it.

If believing we should spend more money taking care of our children than fighting endless wars is radical, then call me radical”

Wait a minute Byron….
You have claimed that, “I arrived in the Sunshine State at 17 years old on a Greyhound bus, with a trunk full of clothes and a dream.”
Now you claim that 30 years ago, again at age 17, your mother dropped you off at FAMU.
You have also claimed that you were “Brooklyn-born, Naples raised.”
It appears that you are nothing but a conman who is full of 💩
But, then again, many of us already knew that. Telling the truth just isn’t your thing.
You are definitely no substitute for Gov. DeSantis.
