🧵I've started a website! 🌐
As long as I can remember, sharing development updates on X felt limiting. Word/image limits and other quirks held me back.
Although X premium could solve some issues, it can't match the freedom of a blog (in bio).
Q&A below for transparency! ⬇️
This is just my opinion, but I think the MARTA stations in Atlanta are way better than Miami Metrorail stations. Each station seems to have more personality and art to them.
Miami's stations have aged quite badly.
Five Points Station in Downtown ATL has changed a lot too.
🧵Fouquet's Miami:
Fouquet's Miami, a mixed-use development featuring 143 units, 20 condo-hotel units, and 85 hotel rooms, is inching towards a groundbreaking.
The project, in Miami's Design District, will rise 12 and 24 floors respectively, with interior designs by RDAI.

🧵25 & 275 NE 60th St: Miami
Magic City Innovation District is planning its next act: two new rental towers.
They are the third highrise proposal for the site, which hasn't broken ground yet.
Plans call for two towers: 20 & 25 floors, with 553 units and 24,387 SF of retail.
ℹ️Website Status (5:30 PM): Down
Reason: DDOS Attack.
I am working to bring the website up, articles will resume tomorrow presumably when the website is back up.
I won't comment on much, but clearly somebody did this on purpose.
With the map updates you should see significant performance improvements, like serious improvements.
I have been behind on also updating points. My plan is to automate some processes but its all a work in progress.
Apologies. This is not a joint venture anymore. Arden is the sole developer.
🧵1836 Biscayne Blvd: Miami
A joint venture is revising their approved 2022 proposal for a highrise over First Church of Christ, Scientist.
The development now features a new design/scale. There will be 406 units, 480 parking spots, & 14,803 SF of retail.

The map bugs are largely fixed now. I apologize for any bugs encountered.
I mentioned this previously but the map provider did a few updates that needed to be addressed on my end.
🧵604 NW 1st Ave: Miami
ACRE Communities is moving forward with finalizing a deal with Miami's SEOPW CRA for the development of a 43-story mixed-income tower.
The tower would include 391 units, of which 156 are deeply affordable, 47 are workforce, and the rest are market rate.
If you notice problems with the map, it'll be fixed by today. My map plugin provider has been forcing an update on me for weeks, and they're not giving up.
Bugs will be fixed by tonight.
