My live performance at DDOKO was one of the most passionate moments of my life. It was not just about the music, it was about contributing in my own little way to the most supportive community I have ever been a part of @Barkmediafrica @doginaldogs Words cannot describe how fulfilled I am, I made the best of friends and got a whole new family just by being myself. #DDOKO

Sometimes, we celebrate the final product without acknowledging the people who spent hours making it happen. We see the pictures, watch the videos, and enjoy the results without thinking about the time and dedication behind them. That's why I think it's important to celebrate people while they are doing the work. @Kay_Web3, thank you for your contributions to DDOKO and for the efforts you continue to put in behind the scenes. Some people inspire you by what they say, while others inspire you by what they do. For me, Kayode is one of those people whose actions speak louder than words. One thing that inspires me the most about Kayode is his dedication to his career, his willingness to serve, and his ability to stay focused on the bigger picture. As the CEO and Creative Director of @_CBMedia Current Block Media, he is building something of his own, and if you follow the @_CBMedia account, you can see the effort and creativity he puts into his work. But beyond what people see on the timeline, there's so much that happens behind the scenes that deserves to be acknowledged. During DDOKO, I saw a side of Kayode that made me appreciate him even more. From editing pictures to organizing content and uploading files to Google Drive for easy access, he put in so much time and effort to ensure things were done properly. These may seem like ordinary tasks to some people, but anyone who understands what it takes to build a brand, support a community, and keep things running knows that these things require time, patience, commitment, and sacrifice. Kayode is willing to give his time and energy to something he believes in, even when nobody is applauding. He understands that meaningful contributions aren't always loud, and not every important role comes with a spotlight. That kind of selflessness is rare. I'm deeply inspired by his long term vision for CB Media. Building a brand takes more than having a great idea. It requires consistency, discipline, the willingness to learn, and the ability to keep showing up even when the results aren't immediate. I believe every successful entrepreneur has to make sacrifices along the way, and Kayode is already doing that👏. He understands that if you want to build something meaningful, you must be willing to put in the work, make difficult choices, and remain committed to your vision. Another thing I admire about him is his ability to adapt. Life doesn't always go according to plan, and working with people, especially in a growing community, requires flexibility. Being able to adjust to different situations without losing sight of the goal is a valuable quality, and I think he bagged it. Then there's his personality. 😂 Kayode is straightforward, outgoing, and fun to be around. You can hardly be bored when you're around him because he knows how to bring his energy into a room. He appreciates real communication, values honesty, and reciprocates kindness and honestly, I think that's refreshing. I'm really glad our paths crossed KAYODE and I'm happy to call you my friend. Keep building. Keep creating. Keep expanding. and above all, don't lose sight of the prize. Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed, and I believe CB Media will continue to grow into everything you envision it to be. SEE YOU AT DDABUJA! #DDOKO

I think the first thing that caught my attention was his name "Toph" @OxToph. I remember thinking to myself, Toph? That's a very unique name. I was forced to ask him what it meant, and he told me it was inspired by the Avatar series. If you've watched Avatar The Last Airbender, then you probably know Toph Beifong. She's one of the most unique characters in the series. She's blind, but that never stops her from being one of the strongest earthbenders. Some people might describe @OxToph as stubborn🤣, but I'd say he's actually "Tough". Personally, I felt that Toph knew what he was doing when he choose that name. Perhaps he saw something in that character that resonated with him. But beyond his name, getting to interact with Toph at DDOKO gave me the opportunity to appreciate his personality. He's not necessarily the kind of person who depends on words to communicate how he feels. He expresses himself better through his actions, especially when he's comfortable around people. He strikes me as someone who goes after what he wants. Someone who is willing to explore something different, step outside his comfort zone, and find a place where he genuinely belongs. One thing that stood out to me was how happy he was to be part of the community at DDOKO. He kept talking about how united we were🤣, and I could tell that the experience meant something to him. For him, it wasn't just about attending an event, it was about finding people he could connect with, people he could relate to, and a community he could feel part of. And that brings me to one of my favourite memories with Toph. When we were returning to the hotel at about 2AM after clubbing. The bikers who were supposed to take us back to the hotel kept quoting prices that were quite unreasonable, and instead of entertaining the whole situation, Toph suggested that we walk back to the hotel😱. And so, we walked.😂 It was just about a two minute walk, but that short distance gave us an opportunity to bond in a way we probably wouldn't have thought was possible. Everyone found someone to walk with, conversations happened, and in no time we were back at the hotel. There was just something really beautiful about that moment. We were all together in the middle of the night, looking out for each another and genuinely enjoying each other's company. It really felt like family. Thankfully, it was a safe walk. But here's the part I keep thinking about. It was Toph's idea. He probably didn't think much of it at the time, but that simple suggestion turned into drastic action that became part of our collective experience at DDOKO. Sometimes, the things that bring people closer aren't the big plans or grand gestures. Sometimes, it's a simple idea, an instant decision, or a moment when someone suggests doing something differently. I think Toph is that kind of person. Someone who comes up with ideas, someone who prefers to take action rather than spend too much time talking about what could be done. Also I think he might be underestimating the power he wields, and the influence he has on the people around him. I wonder if he sometimes thinks that people might not pay much attention to what he has to say, but I hope he realises that the value of an idea isn't determined by how loudly it's expressed or who expresses it. Sometimes, the simplest ideas create the most memorable experiences. That two minute walk was a perfect example. He suggested it, we followed through, and we all got to experience a little moment of true bonding that none of us had necessarily planned for. I think Toph brings more value into a room, than he gives himself credit for. You might not always see the impact you're making, but that doesn't mean it isn't there. I'm glad DDOKO gave me the opportunity and interact with you, and also discover the person behind that unique name. I must say you made a great choice of a name with Toph. Meeting you was Divine alignment. #DDOKO

Honestly, I feel like some people are just naturally gifted with leadership, and @DabbieElla is one of those people. The way she carries herself, stays focused, and delivers on her role is something I genuinely admire. She doesn't tolerate mediocrity and is intentional about what she does, holds people to a standard, and doesn't hesitate to call things out when they're not right. I admire that because good leadership isn't just about being in charge, it's also about having the courage to speak up, maintain standards, and encourage people to do better. Plus her listening skills are top notch. She just has a way of making people feel heard and respected, treats people fairly, doesn't discriminate, and gives people the same level of respect regardless of who they are. Another thing I respect about Dabbie is that, despite being a leader, she's open to constructive criticism. I think that's such an important quality because leadership isn't just about leading others, it's also about being willing to learn, listen, and remain teachable. Did I mention that she's very exposed and has a billionaire's mindset?😂 And her sense of style?😍 Have a seat!😂 Dabbie inspired me to up my fashion game because she always looks good, her sense of style is unmatched for real. But beyond her leadership qualities, mindset, and fashion sense, there's something else I appreciate about Dabbie. I remember the day I told her about an experience where I was harassed in some way. She sat me down and gave me a lecture.😂 She took the time to talk to me about it, and that moment reminded me that a true friend is someone who cares enough to have those conversations with you. Sometimes, friendship goes beyond having fun together or hyping each other up. Dabbie, I admire you for more than one reason. I'm genuinely glad I got to experience you again at DDOKO. I just had to give you your flowers.💐❤️ #DDOKO

When the BMA team sent us a heartfelt thank-you after Saturday's #DDOKO event in Oko, Anambra State, my immediate thought was that the gratitude should go both ways. Thank you for giving SlicePay and SliceChain the opportunity to be part of something that represents a much bigger vision for Africa. 🌍🐾 I have always believed that the true value of technology is not measured by how much attention it attracts, but by how much opportunity it creates for ordinary people. And that is why this initiative matters to me. What @Barkmediafrica, @JJXMeta, @Pizza_on__Sol and the incredible @doginaldogs community are building in Africa goes beyond bringing people together around Web3. It is about building confidence, opening doors, creating relationships, and giving young Africans a reason to believe they can participate in shaping the next digital economy. There is a profound difference between introducing people to blockchain and empowering them to build an economy with it. The first creates awareness. The second creates opportunity, independence, and lasting economic value. At SliceChain, through @slice__pay, that distinction sits at the heart of our mission. We believe blockchain must eventually prove its value outside the timelines, trading screens, and speculative conversations. It must become useful in everyday life. For the student learning how digital payments work. For the developer building their first real application. For the small business owner trying to grow without losing precious margins. For the entrepreneur who wants to serve customers beyond national borders. These are the people for whom infrastructure should be built. And this is why education must come first. Not education that simply teaches someone how to buy a token, but practical knowledge that helps them understand technology, evaluate risks, solve problems, create products, and build sustainable businesses. Culture brings people together. Education gives them capability. Infrastructure allows that capability to become economic participation. That is the connection I see between the Doginal Dogs community, Bark Media Africa, and what we are working toward at SliceChain. The Doginal Dogs family demonstrates something powerful: a community born in the digital world can develop genuine human relationships that transcend geography. When that energy reaches students and local communities through initiatives like #DDOKO, it becomes an opportunity to create something lasting. But the work cannot end when the event ends. Our collective ambition should be to see students become builders, builders become entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs create opportunities for the communities around them. We should be measuring success not simply by attendance or social media impressions, but eventually by skills developed, businesses supported, useful products launched, and lives positively affected. That is how an ecosystem becomes an economy. And Africa deserves to be more than a destination for technologies designed elsewhere. Africa must be a place where the next generation of global digital infrastructure is imagined, built, owned, and improved by Africans themselves. From Oko to Lagos, Accra, Nairobi, Johannesburg, and across the continent, I believe the opportunity is enormous when local communities, practical education, and real-world technology come together. To the entire BMA team, @JJXMeta, the Doginal Dogs family, and everyone who contributed to making October 17 special: thank you for your passion, commitment, and belief in what is possible. Your work deserves recognition, but more importantly, it deserves continued support. For us at SlicePay, supporting this event was never just about placing a name alongside an initiative. It was about standing behind people who are doing the difficult, necessary work of building a stronger foundation for Africa's digital futu With gratitude and respect. 🤝🌍🐾 #DDOKO #DoginalDogs #SlicePay #SliceChain #Web3Africa

Every time I interact with @Abrahammetaa, I feel like my IQ gets an upgrade.😂 One thing I particularly admire about him is how respectfully he treats women. He carries himself with so much consideration, kindness, and respect. He's also welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind to people. He has a way of making you think deeper, pay closer attention, and see things from perspectives you might have overlooked. There's always something to learn from him. His attention to detail is admirable, and the way he organizes himself and approaches responsibilities speaks volumes about his character. He's not one to shy away from taking responsibility, and you can tell he values discipline and intentionality in people. Abraham is a reminder that intelligence is not just about how much you know, but also how you think, how you treat people, and how you show up when responsibility calls. It was a pleasure getting to know you better, Abraham. You inspire me❤️ I said I was going to make a post about everyone I was inspired by at DDOKO. This is the first post. #DDOKO

Last Saturday was a beautiful reminder that sometimes, all it takes to change someone’s perspective is the right knowledge. ❤️ I had the opportunity to teach and introduce students to the world of Web3 at Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State, during the DDOKO event hosted by @Barkmediafrica I spoke about the basics of Web3, how it works, the opportunities it offers, and why young people need to start paying attention to this growing space. One thing I believe is that you cannot take advantage of an opportunity you know nothing about. Before people can explore the possibilities Web3 offers, they need to understand what it is first. That is why education and onboarding matter. We need more conversations, more learning opportunities, and more people willing to share what they know. For me, it was not just about standing in front of people to teach. It was about sharing knowledge that could open someone’s mind to a new world of possibilities. I’m grateful to Bark Media Africa for being part of this initiative and to everyone who showed up, listened, and participated. The future belongs to those who are willing to learn, unlearn, and adapt. And sometimes, changing the future begins with teaching someone something new. This is how we grow the Web3 community in Africa, one person at a time #DDOKO
