Proof that good work builds trust. 🤝
Previous project I've worked with appreciating my service, trusting my delivery, and even bringing me back for new projects.
I don't just manage communities. I build engagement, drive growth, and build relationships that last.
If you're building something serious, my DMs are open. 💯
For a long time, I wasn't the loudest person in the room.
While many were chasing visibility, I was focused on building, learning, improving, and creating value behind the scenes.
Over the past 5 years in Web3, I've had the opportunity to contribute to 20+ projects across DeFi, NFTs, Memecoins, and utility-focused ecosystems.
But my work has never been about numbers alone.
It's about turning strangers into communities, turning communities into believers and helping projects build a foundation that lasts beyond hype.
Every project I've worked with has taught me something valuable, and every experience has shaped the way I approach community building today.
I'm KÅYØDÈ.
I help Web3 projects grow, engage, and build communities people genuinely want to be part of.
If you're building something meaningful in Web3, let's connect. 🤝
I’m live at @blockfestafrica, representing @_CBMedia,@Barkmediafrica community and catching up with friends. 😊
If you’re here too, don’t hesitate to say hello. Let’s connect, share ideas, and build meaningful relationships! 💯🤝

At first I want to say thanks to God for the success of the event we held in Oko polytechnic Anambra state…
I will say it over and over again, you need a community to grow with. And for @Barkmediafrica , we’re not just a community, we’re family. It may interest you to know that I’m meeting most of these guys for the first time.

The hardest part of trying to teach people is advising them.
They will resent you.
They will use “what works for you cannot work for me” to escape accountability.
And there’s a high chance they will dislike you in the process.
That’s why I often use the statement, “From my personal experience.”
Everything I share is backed by my own experience, and my journey is properly documented in public.
At the end of the day, you have to be honest with yourself and decide whether the problem is your strategy, your consistency, or a skill issue.

Well executed creator campaign.
The creators are happy, Spenda is happy, and everyone gets to walk away with something valuable.
This is what a good creator campaign should look like.
A win-win for everyone involved.
What’s your take?👇🏿
Reading this genuinely made me happy. 🥹❤️
Sometimes, you don't realize how much your efforts mean until someone takes the time to acknowledge them.
Thank you so much @FlowGrafixx for these kind words and for seeing the value in what I do. I truly appreciate you.
We're just getting started ❤️💯
Sometimes, we celebrate the final product without acknowledging the people who spent hours making it happen.
We see the pictures, watch the videos, and enjoy the results without thinking about the time and dedication behind them.
That's why I think it's important to celebrate people while they are doing the work.
@Kay_Web3, thank you for your contributions to DDOKO and for the efforts you continue to put in behind the scenes.
Some people inspire you by what they say, while others inspire you by what they do.
For me, Kayode is one of those people whose actions speak louder than words.
One thing that inspires me the most about Kayode is his dedication to his career, his willingness to serve, and his ability to stay focused on the bigger picture.
As the CEO and Creative Director of @_CBMedia Current Block Media, he is building something of his own, and if you follow the @_CBMedia account, you can see the effort and creativity he puts into his work.
But beyond what people see on the timeline, there's so much that happens behind the scenes that deserves to be acknowledged.
During DDOKO, I saw a side of Kayode that made me appreciate him even more.
From editing pictures to organizing content and uploading files to Google Drive for easy access, he put in so much time and effort to ensure things were done properly.
These may seem like ordinary tasks to some people, but anyone who understands what it takes to build a brand, support a community, and keep things running knows that these things require time, patience, commitment, and sacrifice.
Kayode is willing to give his time and energy to something he believes in, even when nobody is applauding.
He understands that meaningful contributions aren't always loud, and not every important role comes with a spotlight.
That kind of selflessness is rare.
I'm deeply inspired by his long term vision for CB Media.
Building a brand takes more than having a great idea.
It requires consistency, discipline, the willingness to learn, and the ability to keep showing up even when the results aren't immediate.
I believe every successful entrepreneur has to make sacrifices along the way, and Kayode is already doing that👏.
He understands that if you want to build something meaningful, you must be willing to put in the work, make difficult choices, and remain committed to your vision.
Another thing I admire about him is his ability to adapt.
Life doesn't always go according to plan, and working with people, especially in a growing community, requires flexibility.
Being able to adjust to different situations without losing sight of the goal is a valuable quality, and I think he bagged it.
Then there's his personality. 😂
Kayode is straightforward, outgoing, and fun to be around. You can hardly be bored when you're around him because he knows how to bring his energy into a room.
He appreciates real communication, values honesty, and reciprocates kindness and honestly, I think that's refreshing.
I'm really glad our paths crossed KAYODE and I'm happy to call you my friend.
Keep building. Keep creating. Keep expanding. and above all, don't lose sight of the prize.
Your dedication doesn't go unnoticed, and I believe CB Media will continue to grow into everything you envision it to be.
SEE YOU AT DDABUJA!
#DDOKO
Being a good person doesn’t make you incapable of intentional harm. Fear, pride, poor emotional skills, or mixed motives can lead people to hurt those they care about. What matters more is whether they own the impact and try to do better.
