If you are not a scientist, and you disagree with scientists about science, it’s actually not a disagreement. You're just wrong. Science is not truth. Science is finding the truth. When science changes its opinion, it didn't lie to you. It learned more.

When it comes to the #climatecrisis, we know that some communities are being hit much harder than others. Here’s one story from Alaska that really proves the point. buff.ly/34yQf3F

Interesting report here assessing the viability of D.C. building a Central Processing Facility, which would essentially be a commercial kitchen of sorts to produce healthy foods for schools and other institutions, help small businesses get started, etc.: lims.dccouncil.us/downloads/…

We join @sharefoodphilly in mourning the passing of Steveanna Wynn, who led Share’s fight against hunger for 30+ years. Our early days were spent distributing out of Share's warehouses. We are indebted to them always, + forever inspired by Steveanna's spirit of community!

What we learned in 2020? That oil is worthless in a society without consumption. That healthcare has to be public because heath is public. That 50% of jobs can be done from home while the other 50% deserve more than they’re being paid. That we live in a society, not an economy.

Monday morning and Operation Turkey drop is still going thanks to @dcck and @Albertsons. Stored these at @ArcadiaFood’s farm all weekend and they’re headed to an apartment complex we’ve identified as having families in need. Half a ton of 🦃 in 22 seconds.
