Vale l'opposto!
I sussidi all'agricoltura DANNEGGIANO TE!

Zelensky says Starshield still throttled and proved it by finding higher speeds in nearby EU countries. Shaheds and Gerans fly faster than 160km- slow speeds cripple interceptors. Soldiers at the front are experiencing comms degradation. Throttling harms Ukraine’s defense.
Ukraine's Starshield terminals still don't work properly, President Zelensky confirms, disabling Ukrainian interceptors used to shoot down Russian jet-powered drones that have been hitting civilian targets in recent weeks.

Unfortunately this is right and throttle limits appear to be still in place hampering operations.
Latest: Zelenskyy tells reporters over WhatsApp that restrictions on Ukraine's Starlink systems remain. Interceptor drones can't function, logistics and operations hobbled. The maximum speed is 161 kph; "exceeding this limit causes the Starlink connection to cut out completely, resulting in the loss of the drone."
He says Ukraine has done tests to determine whether SpaceX is truly facing technical issues, as has been told Kyiv by the US side, or if this is a "deliberate operation... to restrict us, cut us off, and prevent us from defending ourselves and protecting our people, both at the front and among the civilian population."
He says Ukraine "sent a couple of vehicles equipped with Starlink terminals into European Union territory."
"They moved at speeds exceeding 180kph, and the Starlink systems worked perfectly. We have the relevant logs and evidence to prove this."
He adds: "The conclusion is clear: the restrictions are in effect within Ukraine but do not apply within the European Union. In other words, this is a planned operation."

Vasili Mitrokhin (1922-2004), a Soviet KGB archivist who secretly copied and compiled thousands of classified intelligence files during the Cold War...
Every evening between 1972 and 1984, a quiet, bespectacled archivist named Vasili Mitrokhin walked out of the KGB’s foreign intelligence headquarters in Moscow with crumpled slips of paper tucked into the soles of his shoes. Past armed guards, metal detectors, and internal security checkpoints, the fifty-something bureaucrat flashed his pass and stepped out into the Moscow cold. Under his arm sat no classified briefcase; in his pockets lay nothing suspicious. But stuffed into his socks and underwear were minute, handwritten notes detailing the Soviet Union's deepest global operations: assassination directives, illegal networks, foreign political bribes, and clandestine weapons caches buried across NATO territory. For over a decade, while the most paranoid surveillance state on earth hunted Western moles, an unassuming clerk was methodically stealing the entire KGB archive from the inside out.
Mitrokhin had spent his early career as an undercover operative in the Middle East before an ideological clash saw him sidelined to the archive section of the First Chief Directorate. Disillusioned by Nikita Khrushchev’s 1956 denunciation of Stalin’s terror and permanently radicalized by the brutal 1968 invasion of Czechoslovakia, Mitrokhin viewed the Soviet apparatus as a criminal conspiracy against humanity. In 1972, fate handed him the keys to the kingdom: the KGB began transferring its vast foreign intelligence archives from the cellars of the Lubyanka to a new, sprawling complex at Yasenevo. Mitrokhin was assigned the monumental task of cataloging, verifying, and sealing roughly three hundred thousand secret files.
Working entirely alone in windowless vaults, surrounded by decades of operational espionage, Mitrokhin began his silent counter-revolution. Because photocopying machines were strictly guarded and heavily audited, he copied files by hand onto scraps of paper, transcribing names, operational code words, dead-drop locations, and cipher systems in microscopic handwriting. At the end of each workday, he concealed the stolen notes on his body and walked through the security checkpoints without raising suspicion.
Back at his modest family dacha outside Moscow, Mitrokhin spent his nights transcribing the scribbles onto an ordinary typewriter. He packed the carbon copies and typed sheets into steel milk churns, tin trunks, and aluminum containers, sealing them with tar paper. Late at night, beneath the floorboards of his dacha and under the flowerbeds of his garden, he dug deep pits and buried the metal containers, carefully tamping down the soil so not even his wife suspected what lay below. By the time he retired in 1984, Mitrokhin had assembled over twenty-five thousand pages of KGB history, creating the single largest unauthorized intelligence breach in Soviet history.
When the Soviet Union collapsed in late 1991, Mitrokhin knew his hour had arrived. In early 1992, carrying a sample of handwritten notes hidden in his luggage, he boarded a train to the newly independent Baltic states. In Estonia, he walked into the United States Embassy in Tallinn offering to trade his secret archive for political asylum; the CIA officer on duty dismissed him as a crank peddling forged documents and turned him away. Undeterred, Mitrokhin traveled to Riga, Latvia, and walked into the British Embassy. There, an MI6 officer took one look at the authentic operational codes, poured Mitrokhin a cup of tea, and recognized the intelligence discovery of the century.
Within months, British intelligence exfiltrated Mitrokhin and his family to the United Kingdom. Soon after, under the noses of Russian security forces, MI6 operatives quietly entered his Moscow dacha, pried up the floorboards, and dug up six heavy milk churns and trunks packed with thousands of classified pages.

Informazioni e segnaletica chiara in varie lingue.

⏰The head of the @BritishArmy has just delivered a massive wake-up call to his troops - and the whole of the UK - about the gathering storm.
Please read or watch ⬇️
General Sir Roly Walker tells his soldiers: "You didn’t know this but our nation is going to need you.
"Very soon the political leaders of this country will start to have a frank conversation with the citizens of this country about just what is going on and where the risk lies.
"They are going to try and explain to our citizens that our citizens have got to consent to sacrifices to prioritise defence and security.
"And then they are going to ask those citizens, to whom we are not necessarily at the front of their mind, that they too need to play a part in the defence and security of this country.
"They need to understand what we do for them.
"They need to consent to allow us to do that, which means sacrifices by them.
"And ultimately we are going to need them to back us, to back you to do the one thing that you do that noody else gets to do and that is to take the fight to the enemy."

Some quick observations on SACEUR’s “theory of victory” speech, based on our article on military strategies for Europe (FR version below, ENG version forthcoming in December).
SACEUR described a “denial defence” in three phases: NATO would “block” an initial attack, “blunt” it if it persisted and, if it did not cease, “break” the warfighting system of the adversary. In rhetoric, there is an emphasis on denial, and the capability requirements mentions a high-low mix of systems and scalable mass. However, the central operational mechanism remains that of MDO. Blocking relies on air and maritime superiority “rapidly secured”; blunting on the “synchronised employment of multi-domain effects down to the tactical level”; and breaking on striking whatever “supports, sustains, or controls” the attacking force until “enemy commanders will be unable to control their forces”.
This is still a logic of systemic dislocation, even if allegedly pursued through attritional means. Moreover, the opening “blocking” phase on which the rest is premised relies heavily on American enablers.
In this sense, NATO’s public theory of victory is the current declaratory form of what we call “MDO minus”: it borrows the aims and capability priorities of denial without adopting denial as its operating logic, while maintaining the central role of American enablers (thus creating a major political vulnerability for Europeans).

Kiichiro Higuchi might be the most underrated Japanese general of WW2, and almost nobody outside Japan knows his name.
March 1938. Jewish refugees fleeing Nazi Germany are stuck at Otpor, a Soviet railway station on the border with Manchuria. The Soviets won't let them back. Manchukuo won't let them in. They're camped out in brutal Siberian cold with almost no food.
Higuchi was the Japanese army's intelligence chief in Harbin. He arranged food, medical care, and visas, and worked with the South Manchuria Railway to get trains sent to the border to carry them out.
Japan had signed a pact with Hitler less than two years earlier. Berlin filed a formal protest. Higuchi was called before the Kwantung Army's chief of staff, Hideki Tojo, the future prime minister. As the story goes, Higuchi asked him whether Japan was supposed to be Germany's servant. Tojo let it drop.
Fast forward to 1943. Higuchi commands Japanese forces in the North Pacific when the Americans retake Attu. His garrison there fights almost to the last man. But on nearby Kiska, more than 5,000 Japanese troops are cut off. Under his command, a navy squadron slips in through the fog and evacuates the entire garrison in under an hour without losing a man.
Weeks later about 34,000 American and Canadian troops storm Kiska. The island is empty. They still take casualties from friendly fire, mines, and booby traps.
Then August 1945. Japan announces its surrender on the 15th. Three days later the Soviets invade Shumshu, the northernmost of the Kuril Islands. Higuchi, now commanding the Fifth Area Army, orders his men to fight. The battle costs the Soviets heavily and slows their timetable. Many historians believe that stand helped keep Stalin from grabbing Hokkaido and splitting Japan the way Germany and Korea were split.
After the war Moscow demanded Higuchi as a war criminal. MacArthur refused to hand him over.
He saved Jewish refugees from the Nazis, pulled off one of the cleanest evacuations of the war, and may have helped keep Japan in one piece. He died in 1970.
