"...The absence of any explanation from the United States as to how its requested relief could redress its alleged injury while simultaneously maintaining the secrecy of the ballot is telling."
"...the Court cannot grant the United States the relief it seeks because the United States has failed to establish the redressability prerequisite for Article III standing."
Judge Gleason was appointed by President Obama and confirmed in 2011 by the Senate 87–8.
DOJ has already filed a notice of appeal.
