That Chiefs game was so important. Not fumbling on the kickoff & winning that game changes the trajectory of the season imo. Now we see things in Kirk that he masked well & people wanna see if the rookie will make certain throws & if that changes anything.

That’s the funny part. In the offseason, most loved the idea of being patient with Fernando Mendoza playing, being able to support him when he does and the Raiders having a plan for him. Then 4 straight losses happened. Some pivoted. Raiders aren’t though. Stay the course 😂

The Raiders did not have any “serious discussions” this week about sitting Kirk Cousins for Fernando Mendoza, per @DanGrazianoESPN “The plan all along has been to sit Mendoza as long as possible, and I personally would be surprised to see him start any of the Raiders' next five games at least. They have a bye in Week 13, and I think after that is the earliest they'd start to seriously consider it.”
