Neither candidate answered, however due to conversations had with Ohio elected officials concerning this matter Lunatic Fringe PAC is endorsing Amy Acton for Governor. A sitting elected official has made guarantees that they will work with Acton on Fringe Issues if elected.
Lunatic Fringe PAC is extending an invitation to both @amyactonoh and @VivekGRamaswamy to answer the question of whether they think Ryan Day’s time at Ohio State should end.

Lunatic Fringe PAC reiterates our steadfast rejection to this blatant money grab. If @RossBjorkAD wants to go down this route we will meet him where it’s at, and he will see the power of our membership.
The Big Ten has signaled to Michigan & USC that it plans to move forward with a $2.4B capital deal, sources tell @YahooSports. U-M & USC face a tentative deadline (Nov. 20) before it may vote to extend the GoR without all members - an unprecedented step yhoo.it/4ovPNdN

This absolutely ridiculous legislation, which has no chance of passage, would severely harm college football. Any Lunatic Fringe members in Eastern Washington are encouraged to call @RepBaumgartner and tell his office how patently ridiculous this is.
NEW: Per @RepBaumgartner's new bill, the COACH Act, the annual pay of @LSUfootball's next boss would max out at $278,760. Baumgartner tells @Sportico, "There is no greater societal benefit to have a coach make $10 million versus $200,000." More👇 sportico.com/leagues/college…

Ohio lawmakers should support student-athletes instead of seeking to police how they make NIL money. This bill could tangibly harm Ohio State football, we call on all Ohio Legislators to reject this ban.
Ohio House could vote today to ban marijuana NIL deals

Lunatic Fringe PAC, the country’s only political action committee dedicated to the preservation and future of college football, fully supports this and applauds Rep. Baumgartner for its introduction.
I’m drawing a bright line: college sports are not for sale. They are highly subsidized public goods and should be managed in service of their public educational mission, not carved up as a new asset class for private equity or foreign sovereign wealth funds.

Lunatic Fringe PAC fundamentally opposes the Big Ten taking private equity money. None of this money will support or benefit student athletes, fans, and everyone else who cares about collegiate athletics. We cannot allow this to happen.
Sources: The Big Ten is in discussions about a private capital deal that would infuse at least $2 billion to the league and its schools, per me and @DanWetzel . The discussions include a 10-year extension of the league’s grant of rights until 2046. espn.com/college-sports/stor…

The @FringePac supports men of action, not words. We will be pursuing NIL support of the unjustly punished Tunnel Eight of Michigan State

Lunatic Fringe PAC is completely and totally opposed to this short-sighted executive order signed by President Trump. Athletes deserve to be fairly compensated, without exception, and limiting their ability to do so impedes on their rights. whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2…

Thank you @RepLoriTrahan for your leadership on this. Athletes should be able to be classified as employees, the SCORE Act should not pass.
Rep. Lori Trahan proposes the removal of the following in the SCORE Act: - Antitrust exemption - Classification that athletes cannot be employees - Federal preemption of state laws
