D/ACC in Action 💪 Decentralized Development of Dark Forest I record a short video, the content is from my talk in d/acc day in @ethereum_sg Led by @VitalikButerin, d/acc is his vision for a more thoughtful approach to technological acceleration—one that prioritizes decentralization, defense, and democracy. For more details on d/acc principles, you can check out Vitalik's blog. vitalik.eth.limo/general/202… I mainly talk about our decentralized development of @darkforest_eth powered by @DFArchon and our thoughts on the next-generation dapps, we draw many insights from d/acc principles when we move towards the Onchain Reality. Thanks to all the members who have contributed their efforts during the operation and development of the Dark Forest community rounds maintained by the @DFArchon team @5ic4lpa7h @Claude_Zheng @PavelRudolf3 @deuchainn @cherryblue1024 @modukon1 @eagle6686 @classicjordon @alex06928406 @yewlne7 (Since participants in Dark Forest like to hide themselves, please forgive me for not being able to find all contributors's accounts🙏) We're also extremely grateful to all the players for their steadfast support! Speicials thanks to @cherryblue1024 and @PavelRudolf3 to help me perpare the materials We have a low-key but active community! Despite having almost no resources, we've overcome countless challenges and persisted to this day! I believe that the future belongs to onchain reality & large-scale onchain applications! We're currently preparing the next round of Dark Forest Punk, and some exciting new features will be added! Follow @darkforest_punk and @DFArchon for the latest updates!

Born in 2020, Dark Forest is a fully onchain RTS on EVM with zkSNARKs. All planets, artifacts, and battles live onchain. Explore galaxies, conquer planets, fight others, and shape a true world. In Aug 2025, we revived the classic 0.5 version, returning to the burning years.
