November 6th Case 1,156 - 1,168 - Multiple Counties – Election day votes inserted since yesterday that were not on a voter roll until 10/26, mostly with backdated registration dates.
13 election day votes that did not appear until this morning. They are not provisional. What makes them more suspect is they were also not on the 10/12 voter roll and when they did appear most of them had backdated registration dates.
We say these 13 are most likely inserted votes.

One formula fits all of it:
Republican 2026 = 0.85 × Trump 2024
Democrat 2026 = Harris 2024 + 0.15 × Trump 2024
For every 1,000 Trump points, 850 stayed Republican. 150 landed on the Democratic side.
The numbers:
Senate: Republicans kept ~85% of Trump’s share
Governor: ~86%
Variation explained: 88%
What makes it strange:
It didn’t matter how red the state was. Wyoming, Ohio, Illinois, Massachusetts: same 15% (p = 0.69). The Democratic gain was sized by Trump’s vote, not Harris’s. The Harris part is zero.
The 0.85 beat both standard election-swing models in every set of races.
Drop any single state and the multiplier stays between 0.846 and 0.853.
Why seats flipped:
At 0.85, any state where Trump got under about 58.5% falls below 50%. Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina: all under that line. All flipped.
What this means:
Midterms are messy. This one isn’t. Two sets of races, different candidates, different campaigns, and the same 15% decrease almost everywhere.
A pattern this even demands answers at the ballot level: paper ballot hand counts, poll-book check-ins against votes counted, and voter files showing who actually turned out.
The numbers raise the question.
The ballots can answer it.

104 votes added since 11/5! and they are inactive voters on the voter roll.
As a reminder, all votes should show up 11/4 am SoS VHF except maybe some provisional ballots.
We shouldn't lawfully be seeing votes added between 11/5 and 11/6! (pro tip - they are deleting ballots as well)
Below is an example of 104 votes on inactive registrants that have been added since yesterday morning.
Reminder: the law says you had to cure your registration by 10/5. You can however show up at the poll as an inactive and prove you still live at that address. BUT, these 104 votes were added after the election and were most likely inserted.

I just called Governor Abbott's office asking that they plan an emergency special session with at least two things on the agenda:
1) Close Texas primaries and register by party so there is no confusion as to who is turning out in early voting and on election day. California Democrats have real-time data through PDI. They know everything up to the minute, without any guesswork. No such framework exists in Texas.
2) Ensure that local jurisdictions are never prohibited by any statewide office holders from cooperating with ICE or federal law enforcement. Texas must never become a sanctuary state by law or decree.
