Not all the tariffs.
Auto. Steel. Aluminum tariffs on Canada are still in place because they were applied using a different law.

They granted a permanent injunction, so IEEPA tariffs are gone unless the administration successfully appeals all the way up through the chain to a decision in its favour by the top court.
US Court of International Trade just issued decision in case against Trump tariffs filed by @LJCenter and me. All "Liberation Day"/IEEPA tariffs ruled illegal, and blocked by injunction! see link for opinion. I will have much more to say soon: cit.uscourts.gov/sites/cit/f…

I have two burning questions this morning.
First, why wasn’t Prime Minister Carney more transparent about ending Ottawa’s counter-tariffs the day after his meeting with President Trump on May 7?
And second, for Loblaw—now that most counter-tariffs are gone, why continue the “T” labelling strategy? And why are Canadians still being warned about higher food prices due to tariffs?
