I can think of one other.
I’d argue that no other executive is as aligned with shareholders as @elonmusk, who committed to no salary, no bonus, no stock comp FOR 10 YEARS, unless he created tremendous value for @Tesla shareholders.

$GME is now RC Ventures. What will Cohen do with $1.2b in cash?

I caught up w @JasonRaznick back in July. We reviewed the GameStop Saga, aspects of which we both experienced together on Benzinga Live as the stock made multiple halts that fateful week in January 2021. We touch on @WookCapital + our PLBYdd report, too: youtube.com/watch?v=XoNMrroU…

Many of the most promising venture-backed companies of the 2015-2020 era went public or SPAC’ed into a pandemic market and promptly collapsed. They saw their market caps drop by 90%+ as free money stopped, and they weren’t ready for profitability being prioritized over revenue growth. Most of these companies over the last several quarters have been driving to achieve profitable growth - profits first, then growth. They are focused on fixing upside down balance sheets, significant cost restructuring, greater efficiency on customer acquisition, enhancing working capital/margins and building a strong foundation for what they hope are brighter days ahead. The good companies are getting very close to their profitability goals. However, some of these companies are still trading like they will go bankrupt - because some of them will. However, some will survive and once the market realizes they will be around for the long-term and be a possible market leader - I believe the return potential could be significant from their lows (e.g. Carvana 10x+ since Dec ‘22). And even further, in some select cases, we may look back at this time as a generational buying opportunity on certain iconic companies - like when Amazon dropped 94% peak to trough in the dot-com bust and has appreciated 400x+ since that trough. The next year will be very interesting to watch as the wheat may separate from the chaff. The survivors could appreciate significantly while others could ultimately fail. Who will thrive and who won’t make it?

A frenzy of tweets from Cohen in the middle of 2022 followed by silence since the later half of August. Gotta wonder why the sudden change the pace? The GameStop Chairman has only tweeted once since his contentious exit of $BBBY. Could this be related?
37 days have passed since @RyanCohen has last tweeted, the longest the GameStop Chairman has been silent since his appointment to the company board.
