Ground robots already evacuate the wounded across the frontline. Now evacuation is taking to the air.
StarGate, Ukraine’s first aerial drone designed for this mission, can carry up to 150 kg, with a stretcher compartment built in.
In just one week, it has already been used to evacuate two seriously wounded warriors from the gray zone, where ground vehicles could not reach them.

Certainly one to keep an eye on, especially given Russia’s record of attacking UN convoys and bombing humanitarian corridors, Mariupol instantly springing to mind.

Suspension of russian bobsleigh in two-man and four-man events extended 🔥
Today, the extraordinary congress of the International Bobsleigh and Skeleton Federation (IBSF) concluded. One of the agenda items was a proposal to lift a number of sanctions on Russian skeleton athletes and bobsledders.
After thorough discussion and our presentation of facts about the involvement of the Russian Bobsleigh Federation and Russian athletes in actively supporting the actions of their government, and in some cases even their affiliation with the Russian army, a fair decision was adopted by a convincing majority of votes. I am pleased to report that the sanctions on Russian bobsleigh and skeleton have been maintained.
In individual events, Russian athletes will be able to compete only in “neutral” status after undergoing verification for affiliation with Russian military structures, active support of the war, and compliance with other criteria.
In all team events, Russian athletes remain fully suspended ❌
Russian sport serves as a tool of Russian propaganda and therefore must remain excluded from international sport.

Only Trump can save Putin. Europe should have stepped up support and weapons production long ago, and with urgency as soon as Trump was reelected. Whatever they need to spend now to defend Ukraine is a pittance compared to what they would be forced to spend if Putin advances.

Russian casualties from Ukrainian drones have passed 300,000 since January 1. That is roughly 1,000 a day, every day, for almost ten months.
Every hit is recorded on video in DELTA and verified by @BRAVE1ua. No month has dropped below 26,000, and March peaked at nearly 34,000.
Every Russian soldier stopped by a drone is one who never reaches a Ukrainian position. Verified hits earn units points for more drones, EW systems and UGVs through Brave1 Market.

Three years. Another three years of contract in the Ukrainian army, adding to the two years already spent in the hell of mud, cold, and fire. Five years of my life gone. Five years of voluntarily erasing the very idea of a future, stability, or rest.
For many, leaving their comfort zone means changing apartments or turning down a promotion. For me, it is the abandonment of everything that makes a human being feel alive. I have sacrificed my family. I have sacrificed my friends. I have trampled on those precious ties that bind you to the world, the ones that make it so on a night of doubt, you can simply rest your head on a loved one's shoulder. I have put the life goals of a man my age on hold: no house to build a home in, no car, no wife, no child. Nothing. Material nothingness, the absence of descendants, the absolute emptiness behind me. I have nothing left, absolutely nothing, except this land I defend and the breath I have left.
So, when I speak out today to ask France, Belgium, and our allies to help us, to provide us with the vital equipment that is cruelly lacking on our lines, I run up against silence or bureaucratic sluggishness. It is unbearably difficult. I am not begging for myself; I am begging so that those who die by my side have a chance to survive, so that the front does not yield, so that barbarism does not settle further away.
I have given everything, sacrificed everything, body and soul, for a cause greater than myself. And faced with that, I have only one question to ask those who sleep safely, warm, behind their spared borders:

Our important operation in the Kupiansk sector. Mykhailo Drapatyi, Ihor Obolenskyi, and Pavlo Palisa reported on the initial results and progress of Operation Veles, carried out by the Khartiia 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine. More than 100 Russian occupiers have already been eliminated, and more than 30 have been taken prisoner. The underground advance has exceeded 15 kilometers.
The Russians had already tried to use underground gas pipelines to move through our positions and launch assault operations. Ukrainian warriors have successfully transformed this tactic, modernized it, and made it much more sophisticated and technologically advanced. We are protecting the lives of our people, inflicting losses on the occupiers, and achieving our objectives in the Kupiansk sector. Glory to Ukraine!

Thousands of Ukrainians wrote the National Unity Radio Dictation today. People from all corners of Ukraine, of different ages, with entirely different professions and views.
And all of this together is much more than a flash mob or a campaign. It is really about a very important ability of our language.
Ukrainian brings people together.
No matter how hard the enemy tries to erase this language, it is alive, it is strong, and it is thriving.
It brings our people together, just as it did in the past and continues to do today. And we must do everything to make sure it stays that way in the future.
Today, the Ukrainian language is much more than a means of communication. It is the language of courage, the language of dignity, the language of the fight for life that Ukrainians wage every day.
I thank everyone who protects and preserves what is Ukrainian – within themselves, in their children, and in our shared future!

Whilst Melania claims she is saving the people in Oleshky who have been starving to death under Russia occupation and bombing, Russian forces for refusing to let Oleshky residents cross the short Dnipro River distance to Ukrainian-held areas during evacuations, directing them instead deeper into occupied Crimea or Russia where they risk further coercive processing.
Melania has not secured ANY guarantees that Ukrainian residents will be transported to Ukrainian held territory where they will be safe following an evacuation form Oleshky.
THE CEASEFIRE HAS COMMENCED
The ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia took effect at 4:00am Moscow time on October 27, 2026.
Timing was accelerated two days ahead of schedule to protect the safety of civilians and to facilitate the delivery of critical humanitarian aid. The ceasefire’s geographic area has expanded beyond Oleshky, within the Kherson Region, to provide safe passage for the humanitarian convoys.
General Valery Gerasimov, Joint Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces has confirmed.

A mother was sentenced to 17 years in a russian prison. Her son got 19. Their 61-year-old friend got 19.
Their alleged crime? Being Ukrainian on occupied Ukrainian land.
Valentyna and Andriy Myronenko and Serhiy Smykalov were seized in occupied Berdiansk in February 2025. They were reportedly held incommunicado for two weeks before being charged. Then came 19 months of near-total silence — until their sentences were announced.
The occupation court has not even disclosed the judge’s identity or whether hearings took place. No publicly available evidence substantiates the alleged sabotage plot.
This is how russia turns occupied Ukrainian territory into a prison — and resistance into a pretext for decades behind bars.
