79 ఏళ్ల స్వతంత్ర భారతంలో సామాన్యుడి రైలు ప్రయాణ విషాద స్థితి ఇది! 🚆 వందే భారత్ బాత్‌రూమ్‌లు బాగున్నాయని, బుల్లెట్ ట్రైన్ వస్తుందని ప్రచారం చేసుకోవడమే ఘనం. కానీ సామాన్యుడు ప్రయాణించే జనరల్ బోగీల పరిస్థితి ఇది! రైల్వే మంత్రి గారూ, ఒక్కసారి ఈ దృశ్యాలు చూడండి. ఏడాదంతా పట్నంలో కష్టపడి, పండుగకు సొంతూళ్లకు బయలుదేరిన వలస జీవులు వీళ్లు. చేతిలో టికెట్ ఉన్నా బోగీలో అడుగు పెట్టే చోటు లేదు. తలుపు దగ్గర తోపులాట, కిటికీల నుంచి దూరడం. చంటి బిడ్డను గుంపు పైనుంచి లోపలికి అందిస్తున్న వైనం చూస్తే హృదయం ద్రవిస్తుంది! వాళ్లు భారతీయులే కదా? వాళ్లు మనుషులే కదా? ఇంత దారుణమా… ఇది భోపాల్ జంక్షన్‌లో దీపావళి ప్రయాణం. పండుగ రద్దీ ఎంత ఉంటుందో ముందే తెలుసు. మరి ముందే అదనపు రైళ్లు, అదనపు జనరల్ బోగీలు, ప్లాట్‌ఫాంపై సిబ్బంది ఎందుకు ఏర్పాటు చేయలేకపోతున్నారు? ఏసీ బోగీలు కొందరి కోసం, జనరల్ బోగీలు కోట్ల మంది కోసం. అభివృద్ధి అంటే వేగంగా వెళ్లే కొన్ని రైళ్లు మాత్రమే కాదు, సామాన్యుడు గౌరవంగా, సురక్షితంగా ఇంటికి చేరడం కూడా! 🙏 #IndianRailways #DiwaliRush #PassengerSafety #GeneralCoach 79 years of independent India, and this is the tragic state of the common man's train journey! 🚆 They are busy boasting about how good the Vande Bharat bathrooms are and how the bullet train is coming. But this is the condition of the general coaches the common man travels in! Dear Railway Minister, please take one look at these scenes. These are migrant workers who toiled in the city all year and set out for their hometowns for the festival. They have tickets in hand, but no space to even step into the coach. Pushing and shoving at the door, squeezing in through windows. Watching a little baby being passed over the crowd into the coach is heartbreaking! Aren't they Indians too? Aren't they human beings? How cruel is this… This is Diwali travel at Bhopal Junction. Everyone knows in advance how big the festival rush will be. Then why can't you arrange extra trains, extra general coaches and staff on the platforms ahead of time? AC coaches are for a few, general coaches are for crores. Development is not just a few fast trains. It is also the common man reaching home with dignity and safety! 🙏
