Illinois - please vote for a man who has lost so much, and wants to restore hope to our beautiful state. We need leadership badly here - the kind of leader who wants us all to rise, not the chosen few like JB Pritzker.

"Musk cited the political establishment’s lack of will as the main reason for the difficulty in reducing the fiscal deficit. He argued, 'No one in the White House, Senate, House, or judiciary has the will to cut spending,' and claimed that except for a few like Republican Senator Rand Paul, there are virtually no politicians willing to reduce government spending."

For years, climate hysteria won most every argument.
Now, finally, the craziness has diminished.

The top 1% earned 21% of the income and paid 38% of the income tax.
The bottom half earned 12% and paid 3%.
The top 10% carried 70% of the entire federal income tax. It can’t get any more progressive than this.
“Tax the rich” already happened. The rich are the tax base, and they still get told they don’t pay their fair share.
Which is why they’re now moving to expropriating wealth.

A large part of mathematics which becomes useful developed with absolutely no desire to be useful, and in a situation where nobody could possibly know in what area it would become useful; and there were no general indications that it ever would be so. By and large it is uniformly true in mathematics that there is a time lapse between a mathematical discovery and the moment when it is useful; and that this lapse of time can be anything from 30 to 100 years, in some cases even more; and that the whole system seems to function without any direction, without any reference to usefulness, and without any desire to do things which are useful.

We’ve turned recycling into a moral ritual instead of a cost‑effective environmental tool.
Denmark now has 10 trash categories, but chasing arbitrary target rates means spending nearly €4,000 per ton of CO₂ avoided—50x the EU carbon price.
Recycle what is worth recycling. Then throw away the idea that more recycling is always better.

Gov. Pritzker still won't commit to the federal school choice tax credit program, even as some Dem governors (Polis, Hochul) join the pro-school choice wave.
Pritzker's failure to commit follows his 2023 decision to let Illinois' only school choice program die (sunset). No other state has killed off school choice entirely like Illinois has.
The sad fact is in districts like Chicago, only 13% of black 4th graders were reading at grade level on national tests (NAEP) in 2024. In math, it was only 11%.
Illinois' children, whether in Decatur or Waukegan or Marion, are too often trapped in a failing system. They need options and the $1,700 federal tax credit offers children just that – at no cost to local or state school budgets.
Illinois needs some educational freedom now, but Pritzker refuses to go against the teachers unions.
