🚨 ATTENTION CALIFORNIA VICTIMS’ FAMILIES If your loved one was murdered and the person responsible was sentenced to death, please contact the Victims Rights Reform Council (VRRC). In light of Governor Gavin Newsom’s mass commutation of death sentences, we are reaching out to families directly impacted by this decision. These sentences were imposed through our judicial system, under laws enacted by elected representatives and upheld by California voters. Victims’ families deserve answers, transparency, and a voice in decisions that profoundly impact their lives. We are particularly concerned about whether families were properly notified, afforded an opportunity to be heard, and whether all constitutional and legal requirements were followed. Justice does not end at sentencing, and victims’ rights do not disappear because a governor exercises executive authority. 📩 Please contact us directly: [email protected] If you know a California family affected by these commutations, please share this post. VICTIMS RIGHTS REFORM COUNCIL Their lives mattered. Their voices matter. And we will never stop fighting for them. #VictimsRights #California #VictimsVoicesMatter #VRRC

I have been waiting 24 years for my neighbor David Westerfield to be executed for the kidnapping and murder of my 7-year-old neighbor, Danielle van Dam. And now thanks to @GavinNewsom, it looks like it will never happen. I was 13 when he abducted her from her bedroom in the middle of the night in 2002. I would never equate what I experienced with what her family suffered, but Danielle's murder devastated our whole neighborhood, and me personally. I was a sensitive kid and it was a major contributor to my mental health decline in adolescence. In the 20 days between her disappearance and his arrest, I developed insomnia and spent those nights walking around the house checking the locks on the doors and windows. I followed the trial closely. As we learned the horrific details, I couldn't stop thinking about what she endured during the 3 days he had her. Her body was found dumped off the side of a road 25 days after she went missing. It was too decomposed to test for sexual assault, but we all knew that's why he took her. He was also convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material found on his computer. There was never any doubt about Westerfield's guilt. There was an abundance of forensic evidence, including her blood on his clothing and in his motorhome. In 2019, the California Supreme Court unanimously upheld his conviction and death sentence. Shortly afterward, Newsom imposed his moratorium. And now he does THIS. California voters rejected abolishing the death penalty in both 2012 and 2016, and even voted to expedite executions. All these years, I've held on to the hope that someone would eventually take office who respected the will of California voters and would allow these sentences to be carried out. It's especially insulting to hear Newsom go on about morality, as if he is morally superior to those of us whose lives were affected by these heinous crimes and who want to see the perpetrators brought to justice. I'm hoping the California Supreme Court can stop Westerfield's commutation.
BREAKING: California Gov. Gavin Newsom has commuted the death sentences of all 548 people on the state’s death row to life without parole, in the largest mass commutation in modern U.S. history.

I’m sure you have eyes on this one, right @AGRobBonta ?
Green card holders are voting in California The signatures of multiple green card holders voter registration forms were matched to their immigration paperwork confirming it was them voting, they’ve been voting FOR YEARS “Falsely claimed to be US citizens when registering to vote and cast ballots in elections dating back several years” Just imagine how widespread this is, I’ll bet tens of thousands of green card holders are voting at least, as well as people on visas This is why we need proof of citizenship to vote. This is also why Democrats so fiercely oppose proof of citizenship to vote, because they know ineligible voters are voting

And even if you put aside the emotional damage you’re doing to the families, there is the $127k yearly cost of housing these people, that taxpayers have to pay lao.ca.gov/policyareas/cj/6_…
Here is a sample of the 548 people that just had their death penalty commuted by Gov. Newsom: 1. Charles Ng Brutally murdered 11 people, including men, women, and infants 2. Cary Stayner Brutally murdered 4 women, including three sightseers near Yosemite, and beheaded a nature guide 5. Richard Allen Davis. Brutally murdered 12-year-old Polly Klaas after kidnapping her from a sleepover 6. Chester Turner Brutally murdered 10 women in LA There are still 542 more

If your State’s budget is heavily-dependent on billions in Federal COVID funds and capital gains from AI stocks, you might be living in Newsom’s California. #cabudget #caleg

Governor Gavin Newsom and his cronies in California have turned the Golden State into a hotbed of illegal alien crime. Sanctuary politicians have not only refused to cooperate with federal law enforcement to target and arrest the worst of the worst – but they’ve released nearly 24,000 criminal illegal aliens onto the streets of California to terrorize innocent Americans. California sanctuary politicians have repeatedly chosen to ignore @ICEgov detainers for illegal aliens in their custody, and released murderers, child abusers, kidnappers, and gang members back onto the street. Newsom and his fellow sanctuary politicians may continue trying to harbor illegal alien murderers and child abusers, but the Trump Administration will always put the American people first.

We do it each week, MY Sunday SEC takeaways... ARKANSAS: Did it to themselves. Turnovers, flags, drops...Too much to overcome cs a good team. Run game not consistent. Faced pressure most of the game. QB stuck in. Missed a few but gave them chances. Found something in 19. Gives them a bigger target. Felt like more designed QB runs had chance. When they gave the defense reads/options they had success. OL showed fight. Still have to be smart. Ball security has to improve. 71 had some good reps in run game. 97 showed up on defense. Helped spike stretch early. 88 really good on DL, was in backfield. 7 active at LB, like the pressure looks early.

A stirring, sincere, straightforward piece about despair and disconnection among the men around all us, some of whom we notice, many of whom we don't. Maybe it's about you. If so, hang in there. And try not to hide. Let's look out for one another. amgreatness.com/2026/10/31/t…
