د پي ټي ایم لپاره یوه بله لویه لاسته راوړنه! پي ټي ایم جرمني ته په رسمي ډول د اروپايي اتحادیې په دې مهم کنفرانس کې د ګډون بلنه ورکړل شوې وه او ښاغلي ميوند يوسفي پکې د پي ټي ایم په استازیتوب ګډون وکړ. دا بلنه وروسته له هغه ترلاسه شوه چې پي ټي ایم په خپلو پرله پسې تحلیلي مقالو او راپورونو کې د پاکستان ریاست (چې د GSP+ پروګرام څخه ګټه پورته کوي) لخوا د بشري حقونو جدي او ناوړه سرغړونې نړیوالې ټولنې ته افشا کړې. پي ټي ایم اوس د هغو مهمو بحثونو برخه ده چې هدف یې د دې پروسې داسې عیارول دي ترڅو هغو هیوادونو ته نور امتیازات ورنکړل شي چې د نسل وژنې، استثمار او د بشري حقونو د تر پښو لاندې کولو تور او جرمي تاریخ لري. په انځورونو کې د ميوند يوسفي ترڅنګ د اروپايي پارلمان غړی او د نړیوالې سوداګرۍ د کمیټې مشر، ښاغلی برنډ لانګه (Bernd Lange) هم لیدل کیږي. #PTM #PTMGermany #HumanRights #GSPplus #EuropeanParliament #Justice #PashtunTahafuzMovement

Pakistan hat versagt – die EU muss handeln! Wenn demokratische Rechte eingeschränkt, gewählte Regierungen entmachtet und grundlegende Freiheitsrechte missachtet werden, darf die internationale Gemeinschaft nicht schweigen. Der EU-GSP+-Status ist kein bedingungsloses Privileg. Er ist mit Verpflichtungen zur Achtung der Menschenrechte, politischer Freiheiten und der Rechtsstaatlichkeit verbunden. Wenn Pakistan diesen Verpflichtungen nicht nachkommt, muss die EU Konsequenzen ziehen. Wir fordern die Europäische Union auf, die Einhaltung der GSP+-Verpflichtungen durch Pakistan streng zu überprüfen und bei nachgewiesenen schwerwiegenden Verstößen die Aussetzung der GSP+-Handelspräferenzen ernsthaft in Betracht zu ziehen. Keine Handelsprivilegien ohne Verantwortung. Keine wirtschaftlichen Vorteile ohne Achtung der Menschenrechte. Mr. António Guterres, before praising Pakistan, you should listen to the victims. The EU itself has raised serious concerns about Pakistan’s human rights record. In its latest GSP+ assessment, the EU reported increasing enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings, deteriorating freedom of expression, restrictions affecting dissidents, journalists, human rights defenders and minorities, and continuing serious rule-of-law concerns. The EU has also made clear that Pakistan’s GSP+ trade benefits are linked to tangible progress in fulfilling international human-rights commitments. The EU is monitoring whether Pakistan meets those obligations and has identified accountability for human-rights violations, enforced disappearances, freedom of expression and minority rights as key priorities. So how can the UN Secretary-General publicly praise Pakistan without giving equal attention to these serious concerns? Mr. Guterres, visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Meet families who say they have lost fathers, sons and brothers. Listen to Pashtun and Baloch communities, minorities, political dissidents, journalists and Afghan refugees who report abuses and discrimination. If your statements about Pakistan do not adequately reflect these realities, we call on you to withdraw or clarify your remarks and apologize to victims and affected minorities whose suffering may have been overlooked. And we call on the EU to continue its GSP+ scrutiny and to make any future trade benefits conditional on verifiable, measurable improvements in human rights and accountability. #UNHearPashtunVoices Mr. António Guterres, before praising Pakistan’s government, I urge you to visit Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan and meet the families who report losing fathers, sons, brothers and loved ones through violence, enforced disappearances and alleged abuses by security forces. Listen to the mothers still waiting for answers. Listen to families searching for disappeared relatives. Listen to communities that say they have suffered for years. UN human rights mechanisms have received allegations concerning enforced disappearances and other serious abuses in Pakistan. These voices deserve to be heard—not overlooked while governments are praised. If your statements about Pakistan fail to reflect these realities, then you should withdraw those statements, clarify your position, and publicly acknowledge the suffering of the victims and affected minorities. We also call on you to apologize to the victims, their families and the communities who feel that their suffering has been ignored or minimized. Visit the families who say they have lost fathers, sons, brothers and other loved ones through violence, enforced disappearances and alleged abuses by Pakistani security forces. Sit with the mothers who are still waiting for answers. Speak to the families who have spent years searching for disappeared relatives. Listen to those who say their loved ones never returned home. UN human rights mechanisms have received reports concerning enforced disappearances in Pashtun areas and serious allegations of disappearances, extrajudicial killings and mistreatment in Balochistan. Mr. Guterres, you cannot understand the human rights situation from Islamabad alone or from meetings with government officials. Go to the communities. Meet the families. Listen to the victims. Then ask yourself whether your public praise of Pakistan adequately reflects the reality described by those who have suffered.
