‼️ Jeffco is at it again!!! ‼️
This time, a biological boy took the roster spot away from girls on the volleyball team. Jeffco responded by trying to HUSH the parents and students affected. Additionally, Jeffco LEGAL (already of questionable morals) wanted to meet with the affected minor girls WITHOUT their parents present!!!
Oh, HELL NO!!! No parent in their right mind would allow ANY legal authority to speak to their child without them present!!! 🤬
‼️‼️‼️‼️Why is @JeffcoSchoolsCo Legal trying to TALK PRIVATELY with female athletes affected on the court and in locker rooms by Title IX?! Imagine yourself in this position: The highest district legal counsel (also overseeing the Title IX lawsuit against the federal government) is calling a team meeting with your adolescent female athlete to discuss serious Title IX issues…and you and other parents are explicitly discouraged (as shown in multiple communications) from attending and asking questions!
Dakota Ridge High School issued this letter today in response to parent Title IX concerns regarding privacy in locker rooms and opportunity on the court due to male participation on a female-only team. A meeting was then called by legal discouraging parents from attending!
This has been unfolding for weeks. The stories of lost roster spots and playing time for females will break hearts. Retaliation is occurring.
The letter tries to silence parents and places the burden on the girls!
National news outlets have been looking at this. These girls deserve a voice. The district should not be isolating children to solve lockerroom disputes and sex-based privacy without full parental-involvement and permission! @Riley_Gaines_ @HarmeetKDhillon @FoxNews @usedgov @CivilRights @Outkick

This Boomer hate started when they mandated that children kids sacrifice their mental health, their friends, their sports, their dances, their graduations, their emotional and academic development, their very childhood because Nanna and PawPaw were afraid of a virus that did not harm children.

Last week, @UMichSPH @UMichEPID welcomed vaccine scientist and global health leader Dr. @PeterHotez of @BCM_TropMed @bcmhouston for the Thomas Francis Jr. Memorial Lecture.
His keynote explored vaccines and immunization amid climate change, rapid urbanization, emerging infections, and anti-science activism.
We are grateful to Dr. Hotez for sharing his expertise and to our community for participating in this timely and important public health discussion.

Girls shouldn’t have to fight for their own safety, dignity, privacy and opportunities in their sports and spaces.
They shouldn’t have to be the ones forced to speak up.
We’re the adults. That’s our job.
Colorado voters have a chance to stand up for girls with Proposition 134, the Protect Girls’ Sports Act.
Do it for them. Vote YES on 134.

"You cannot protect both." 🚨
In her U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee testimony, Kim Jones, co-founder of the Independent Council on Women’s Sports (ICONS), cut straight to the truth about protecting women's athletic categories:
In Colorado, our female student-athletes face this same choice every day. Right now, a confusing patchwork of school district policies leaves young women across the state at risk of losing roster spots, podium positions, and college scholarship opportunities.
This November, Coloradans have the power to protect female athletes statewide by voting YES on Proposition 134 (the Protect Girls’ Sports Act).
It’s time to stand up for common sense, biological reality, and equal opportunity in athletics.
🗳️ Vote YES on Prop 134!
🗳️ Support the full protection package: YES on 133, 134 & 135!

Patti, one my personal heroes, went to DC this week and testified about her daughter’s horrible accident caused by a hit-and-run, illegal alien driving without a license.
But what you may not know is her daughter has also been denied healthcare by the State of Colorado. Patti Fox’s daughter Carissa was left nonverbal, tube-fed and wheelchair-bound. Colorado Medicaid then denied her nursing after Democrat-led Joint Budget Committee cuts. A citizen denied by the state that still funds Cover All Coloradans healthcare for “Newcomers.” ($150M/year)
Its a horrible story all the way around and should be a wakeup call to all Coloradans. Thank you Patti for your bravery. #copolitics #colorado @pweiser @victormarx

A Colorado mother, Patricia Fox, testified before Congress today about how an undocumented invader from Venezuela changed her family forever by gravely and permanently injuring her daughter, Carissa Aspnes, in a Denver-area hit-and-run. But coverage of her heartwrenching testimony has been embarrassingly scant here in Colorado, #copolitics, proving that this state's partisan press prefers not to tell such stories.
@GovofCO Jared Polis also has said nothing, and no wonder — this is the same Polis who on Sept. 20, 2023, said he was “thrilled” that Biden was granting Temporary Protected Status to Venezuelan migrants and shielding them from deportation.
Banner coverage would have followed if Fox had gone to Washington to bash Trump. Instead, we get radio silence, from the governor's mansion to our local print and electronic media outlets, where the cruel human costs of Biden’s open borders have consistently been downplayed or ignored.
The hit-and-run driver entered illegally from Venezuela in 2023 — the same year Polis celebrated Biden's edict welcoming a surge of Venezuelans and protecting them from deportation. Has anyone in Colorado's media asked Polis for a follow-up statement? -- asked him if he's still so "thrilled" in light of the nightmare Fox and her daughter are enduring? Of course not. That would be holding Polis accountable. That would be revisiting an issue that continues to reverberate across Colorado, but which the media prefers to forget.
This is not old news. Carissa is still unable to speak and permanently disabled. Her mother is still the nurse, because state Medicaid denied her in-home assistance -- even while Polis declines to purge non-residents from Colorado's emergency Medicaid rolls. That sounds like a news story to me.
Here's just some of what Fox told the committee:
“Every morning, I use a Hoyer lift to raise my adult daughter out of bed because she can’t sit up, stand or get herself up.”
“Colorado Medicaid denied us in-home nursing. So I figure it out.”
“If an American citizen had hit my daughter, I wouldn’t be here asking why somebody who had no lawful right to be in this country was here to hit her in the first place.”
A story that still has a mother lifting her daughter out of bed, still has a Medicaid care denial, and still has new sworn testimony before Congress, is not finished. Refusing to cover it is not editorial restraint. It is a shameful decision to leave the continuing costs of Biden's open borders off the record -- and to toss this Colorado mother and her daughter down the memory hole.
@jaredpolis and his pals in the party press ought to be ashamed of themselves.

👀Here’s a bit from inside @JeffcoSchoolsCo. Petty and biased all while Jeffco Schools message that they are simply stuck in between laws and are serving “all kids.” No, Ms. Fredericks (Jeffco attorney over the Title IX investigation) wasn’t invited (and frankly, we are not familiar with her), but plenty of other Jeffco teachers and employees attended in support. And Chief of Legal Tolleson wants to keep all of this @usedgov Title IX investigation quiet for the election/property tax ballot measures. The third attorney below hoped for a “very boring gala.” Our galas raise money to serve students and employees in highly impactful ways. It’s long past time for an ethical and competent legal team. Jeffco won’t begin to heal until then. We all pay their salaries.

Policies like this are like a wolf in sheep’s clothing. We think we’re protecting kids from mental health, but in reality we’re blunting their ability to grow. To learn they’re capable of falling short and picking themselves back up.
In reality, we’re telling students “actually you’re not capable of handling even the most minor challenge. So we will protect you from that.”
No different than participation trophies. Long term consequences for short term comfort. Very bad.
Oh wow 😬
University of Michigan will HIDE first-semester grades on transcripts for students in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts
It’s to “curb the mental health crisis”
AND
The policy is mandatory for all students bc “covering an individual’s grades will inadvertently become equated w/them not doing well in a class”

I personally witnessed the unconscionable consequences that government and local public health imposed on my pediatric patients as well as my own children.
I spoke out at school board meetings, joined a passionate parent advocacy group as well as the Urgency of Normal and also dealt with media censorship and work retaliation. Yet it felt so self defeating against the government machine intoxicated on power and control over all of our personal liberties.
Lord willing we will never forget and hand over our personal freedoms ever again.
July 2020. Steps of the Supreme Court. America’s Frontline Doctors stood in white coats and told the American people the truth the regime did not want spoken:
COVID was treatable.
Early treatment worked.
Nobody needed to die.
Lockdowns were never necessary.
We were censored within hours. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube erased the video. Careers were destroyed. Doctors were threatened. Patients were denied the medicine that could have saved them.
They called us dangerous.
They were the danger.
History has already rendered its verdict. We were right. They lied. And the people paid the price in lives, liberty, and lost years.
Watch it. Share it. Bookmark it.
Never let them memory-hole what they did.
The truth was never the threat.
Their power was.
